Im about to run my first cycle and am curious what others ppl gains were like.

I don't have any before images. It wasn't a dramatic change, but I also wasn't on a monster cycle.

Don't expect the world from your first cycle. Treat it more as a learning experience and be happy with the gains you *hopefully* get.
