Got these free samples, dude said Hercules has "thermogenic" in it, I think he was telling me something....Dick!!!

I baked it on top of the toaster oven, its as hard as a rock. I'll still use it. :)
 
I'm a big fan of aakg and beta alanine. Preworkout I use is called preworkout explosion or some shit from six star brand. Tastes good and its cheap as fuck at the grocery. 16-18$. Grocery has it much cheaper than even amazon. Good energy and great pump for me anyway but it needs to be cycled for best effect.
 
I was given some free samples of some stuff labeled "C4", and that stuff rocks. Made me feel all tingly and gave me a major rush of euphoria. I kind had the feeling of when you are starting to anticipate the high off ecstacy, you know, the butterflies and the tingly feeling and happiness, it is pretty nice. Energy and focus was pretty good too.
 
I'm a pwo addict, it's sad really. It's all mental for me. Like Brutus said the good ones are mostly gone (original ds craze, anyone?!).

Sometimes I make my own concoctions. Does anyone hear take agmatine? It's by far my favorite pump agent.

Lol touche. But Using only agmatine at the moment right now, no stims. When the sleep got really bad recently I cut out stimulants and only have caffeine in the morning
I take agmatime, caffeine, maybe some ephedra, BCAA's and creatine PWO. But, I like the convenience of a powder :) makes me feel special

I've tried a few different protocols. But anywhere from 250-2000. I think 500 is a pretty solid dose. For reference there is 750mg in one scoop of Dr Jekyll , 500mg in neon volt, etc There was a post I read a while back talking about taking it once daily upon waking up for multiple benefits. (Not just bodybuilding). I did this while cutting once and it helped me feel fuller and less flat throughout the day. I'll try to dig it up.

Found it, from old bb.com thread. I was using the daily protocol and then taking an additional dose pre workout if I was really in search of a pump that day *cough cough* arm day [emoji13]

Well I have used Agmatine on and off for several years, ever since the beginning of Blueprint from MAN sports came out. I have taken it in different ways...
1. every day(workout & off days) first thing in the morning = 1 gram + 300 R-ALA or 1 gram
2. pre-workout only = 500-1000 mg
3. before bed (500-750mg)
4. post-workout (500mg)

It depends what you are looking for from it. If you just want the vaso effect temporarily, then take only on pre-workout days.

If you want better recovery, quality of sleep(deep), endurance, mood(overall feeling), libido, vascularity and 24/7 muscle fullness, I suggest every day first thing in the morning on an empty stomach(500-1000mg). You will notice these effects after 7-10 days of consistent use and by the end of 3 weeks it will become pronounced. I usually go on 8-12 weeks on and 4-6 weeks off for this dosing protocol, this is my favorite protocol and the best for me.

Taking it before bed gives deeper sleep on the first dose.

Post-workout I noticed better recovery but then I rather just take it every day for this effect and get the other benefits as well. I honestly think for me, the best use of it is every day fist thing in the morning and I just adjust the dosage to 750mg a day.
 
Mr. Hyde for me. One scoop with 60mg of dbol and lets fucking party.

I also like C4 but by the end of the container I'm up to 3 scoops.
 
Beta alanine and arginine are 2 that I see a lot but other than those 2 and probably caffeine what else would you guys recommend to make your own using bulk powders
 
i would maybe try the pre workout made by the hodge twins or buy and off brand pre workout online from maybe a pro hormone selling website because maybe it will be similar to the old jack3d an other pre workouts that worked for you

Beta-alanine, citrulline, caffeine, turmeric, theanine, b6 and bioperine (black pepper extract)! Maybe some AMP citrate if you like stims.
