PRIMO CYCLE LOG!

I agree acetominophen blows
I didnt realize it was cuz of a migraine. Im sorry
Oh no no, maybe I worded that wrong.
The only time I ever take pain med is for migraines, and I just meant that acetaminophen doesn't touch them. Maybe for body aches/pains it will be different. Thinking this is nerve related with the added numbness and tingling down my arm. It's a first for me & surely sucks.

Thanks for the heads up. Can't be killin my protein synthesis!

I can try. I usually don't bother with Tylenol bc it doesn't seem to help. That's in the case of a migraine tho, so whole different story. Maybe it'll work [emoji1317]

Is it for a pinched nerve? I know it sounds stupid but my wife bought me one of those shiatsu massage pillows when I hurt a muscle/nerve between my scapula and spine. I leaned against it so hard that my back was bruised but it sure felt good and worked. It's also heated.

That's what I'm thinking it is! I have a good foam roller that I use, and it seems to help some. Doesn't last very long tho. I'm the same, I really dig in with it! Hurts so good. Can't say I've ever been bruised tho:eek: However, mine isn't fancy and heated.. sounds niiiice. I do have a heating pad I could use.. Not sure why I haven't o_O

It's electric and has hard plastic knobs that spin under the cloth. Have your husband massage it or grind his elbow gently into it and see if it helps.

What you need is someone with good hands that can press the muscle and work out the tightness..I'm just watching Netflix. Are you chilling?

Ohh one of those lol [emoji851] Just reread your original post.. it's late, foggy brain- sorry! I'm a PIA with back rubs.. it usually goes something like "harder, harder, little harder..." then "oww oww oww too hard" [emoji12] Also "a litttle to the left, ok up some.. wait, go back down..". Yep, he gets annoyed [emoji23]

Can't say if they're good.... I mean, it's not like I tried a bite or anything.... I heard they were moist & delicious tho [emoji56]

7k calories?!? [emoji33] THAT I'll be jealous of. I love food too much dammit!
Lol, most of us are miserable at that count

You just described my wife getting a backrub to a tee! Too soft, good, too hard! Haha!

Also minimizes muscle inflammation which is necessary for growth as this is what causes muscle to signal itself to repair and regrow
Hittin me with the cold, hard facts. Guess it's good bc I'll never (in good conscience) be able to partake in 7k cals per day. Michelin Man isn't my aim, ha.

All I could think about was relief, but I won't be reaching for the NSAIDs any longer, so thank you!

I actually just switched to the e3d schedule. Prior to that I was doing twice weekly. I've read that both were ok. Doing it twice weekly, there was a 3 day period before the second injection and then a 4 day period before beginning the next week. My understanding was that sticking with e3d would keep blood levels more stable. Twice weekly was easier, tho. Also, is it a 14 day half life? For enanthate, I read it was from 5-10.5 days.. but most sites say 10.5. You're right about the sides possibly easing up. Luckily, the ones below the waist are minimal as of now. My voice is what bothers me most, but that's been the same ever since I used the fake Primo (aka TEST PROP). I'm hoping it will return to normal once I'm off cycle for a bit [emoji1317]
My bad. I was writing to someone about EQ, that's 14 day half life. Primo enanthate is closer to 10-11 days. The range of 5-10 days you were probably looking at test esters - propionate vs enanthate.

Anyway, my recommendation would be to reduce the dose if undesirable sides are showing. [emoji4]

IMG_1242.JPG My wife bought one of these Ashley Black Fascia Blaster and I will admit that I told her that it was a silly purchase because it would never work and it was too expensive. Well...I have since eaten my words. She uses it religiously. She even lays it against the sofa cushion and positions it so that it is hitting the right spot. Her pain problems are muscle tissue related and not in the joints. It did take a while but it has made a tremendous difference in her shoulder and back pain. I'm not sure if it would help in your case but it worked for her.

There are quite a few knock offs that are cheaper and I saw one that a friend of hers bought. She should have paid more and bought the Ashley Black. There is no comparison in the way it is constructed as well as not being able to dig into the muscle nearly as good.

I noticed waaay after the fact that on my very first post I said I started Primo on 5/27.. aaand it was supposed to say 3/27, ha.

It was only 4/4.. time travel?

Also,

I'll have to check that out. Wondering how expensive you're talking [emoji51] If it'd help, it'd be worth it. As of now, my husband is saying he thinks I should take at least a few days off from the gym [emoji24] I can't bear the thought. The foam roller I have is very firm and has large grooves that stick out. Supposed to be like a deep tissue massage. Pretty sure that fascia blaster would get even deeper[emoji1316] Thank you!
