I think it's safe to say that the kissy emoji's gave it away. Haha.
Cant fool me
I been sniffing motherfuckers out here for a couple years now. Mostly the bad, scammers and wannabe internet drug dealers
In your case it was VERY easy to put 2+2 together
you have any break downs for these type workouts,We are gettin a little beatup in our older years with heavy workouts, Drop sets do seem to work pretty well with a good warm up starter set. He's not entirely wrong about the heavy weights and future issues. At 42 I have to pick my spots now when I go heavy as pretty much every joint in my body is jacked up from years of heavy lifting. Especially on gear, you can make good gains by using lower weight but incorporating different types intensity e.g. drop sets, negatives, giant sets etc. Of course if you are just training for strength this won't be optimal but for muscle gains this can be a good change from a standard "heavy lifting" program.

Don't knock the hip thrusts @Eman! Those explode my squat and DL every time I do them.
I've worked up to sets with 350 for 8 in the past and the carryover of strength into my lifts was obvious.
Not to mention the hip /glute/ham development...

Squat at 180 & DL at 205 as of tonight! Both PRs [emoji1316]
Last summer I was throwing that much on for squats, but my form sucked and I didn't even reach 90.. therefore, I don't count it. Now Mama gets low [emoji41][emoji4]

Thats good. Keep yourself honest. Make better gains that way. These folks that claim higher numbers than their capable of but at the expense of actual depth and form are only screwing themselves and inflating their own ego.Squat at 180 & DL at 205 as of tonight! Both PRs [emoji1316]
