Thats good. Keep yourself honest. Make better gains that way. These folks that claim higher numbers than their capable of but at the expense of actual depth and form are only screwing themselves and inflating their own ego.

Definitely. I see sooo many guys doing that.. Load the bar up and sort of halfway bend their knees and stick out their asses.. just laugh to myself. I'd say women but I see no other females squatting at my gym.. other than holding small DBs [emoji849] But hey, to each their own [emoji1303]

Top is November 26th & Bottom is tonight. I had already finished my last set and hopped back on for a pic.. right hand was waaay too far in & I cut myself off a bit. Even the left wasn't quite wide enough.. ugh!! Nevertheless, I can still see more mass back there! Yay [emoji1319]

Your traps and rear delts look a lot bigger. The rest of your back is much thicker also. Good work!
 
This is week 8 of my Primo cycle! Only 5 weeks left. Feeling good & sides are the same. Looking more lean & vascular.

One more week until I add Anavar.. tick tock! Going to start at 10mg, split into two daily doses & see how I feel. If my sides get out of hand I will half the dose. Planning to run it for 8 weeks. Ready for that superhuman strength!

Definitely more mass but you've gotten a lot leaner too. Very nice work!
