I have found, if you want to make all the men in the gym a little uncomfortable refer to them as your Super Kegels.
Thats good. Keep yourself honest. Make better gains that way. These folks that claim higher numbers than their capable of but at the expense of actual depth and form are only screwing themselves and inflating their own ego.

Top is November 26th & Bottom is tonight. I had already finished my last set and hopped back on for a pic.. right hand was waaay too far in & I cut myself off a bit. Even the left wasn't quite wide enough.. ugh!! Nevertheless, I can still see more mass back there! Yay [emoji1319]
Edit: For reference, the top pic was towards the end of my second Var cycle.
Your traps and rear delts look a lot bigger. The rest of your back is much thicker also. Good work!
