Primobolan and managing estrogen

I have always used grape seed oil but this bottle of primo is MCT oil. pushing it through a 27 gauge, 1.5 inch needle takes about a minute

So do you think that low of a dose is a waste? Are you seeing good results? I only ask because I am looking to do that same dosage along with 20ml anavar on work out days. 4-5 days a week and have been taking anastrozole but thinking of dropping it in favor of primo.
No dose of primo is a “waste”. You just have to understand that its gains are purely muscle tissue. You do not gain water inside the muscle or under the skin. You do not supercharge the glycogen storage system which gives you pumps and noticeable gains within weeks.

Primo adds positive nitrogen retention and protein synthesis. Through this method, you may only gain a few pounds of it from a cycle, but those pounds don’t deflate when you go down to TRT/cruise.

Low and slow is the way to go with primo. 20+ weeks. High primo is a great idea if you can keep estrogen up. You NEED estrogen to build muscle and more importantly for vascular health.

250/100 would be a great dose to run for 20-30 weeks, before going down to TRT only.

damn that could take some getting used to. But like Greenbay68 said, the lean gains could make it worth it. Especially to be able to keep the gains after coming off to a test only cruise.

Bump. Do you have personal exp with this? I’m on week 4 of t/p and I started 200/100 at first, and then increased to 250/100 3 days ago because I was concerned about low E (getting bloods within 3d to confirm). I am noticing some more fullness and increasing strength in gym, but when I did my first cycle of test 50 ED, I had like 7 lbs increase from nitrogen retention around week 4-5. Maybe it’ll come for me later because I am aware primo takes a while to work, but I haven’t had any sort of substantial sudden nitrogen retention like my first blast yet. Primo at 100 has worked fantastically as an AI for me, but I’m starting to wonder if it actually has a similar anabolic capability to test at this low dose. I plan to gradually increase the test throughout my 20w blast to milk as much as I can from the lower doses, but I just hope there is actually something to be milked from the 200/250 dose lol. Am also planning to opt for increasing test more so than primo and mainly relying on test for anabolic purposes. Will prob have to increase primo slightly depending on e2 symptoms

I did some primo just to see if lowering my e2 would be better for me

Ran 60 mg per week along with 120 mg of trt.

That was enough to crash my estrogen

Everyone reacts differently.

On 200/50 (T/P) my E2 was 26 (ultrasensitive). On just 125T, my E2 was 29 (non-ultrasensitive). Currently running 250/125 but haven't done bloods yet, but feels fine.

I like this. I have a ton of experience in the “sports TRT” or TRT+ area. I don’t have the big blasting experience like some other guys here.

200/100 test primo left me at 1017 and 29 (t/e ng/dl). Like you, I raised it to 250/100, and while I never tested numbers, this clearly is the cruise for me, judging by feel, and how anti catabolic I stay despite massive amounts of rock climbing, property renovations, and small eating windows.

I’ve done ~20 week cycles with 600 and 1000mg primo. I don’t remember specifically, but test was 300-350 on those. 1000 made my joints feel gross, but I had to try it. Primo doesn’t ’kick In’ like test does around that 5-7 week mark. What we experience with test doing that is water. It’s the “good water” by the way- because it’s inside our muscles, which are 70% water by default. This supercharged hydration brings strength and size.

But the actual tissue growth from amino acids… no matter what the dose or compound, this is a slow, steady and pretty even process, so long as protein intake and exercise stimuli are present.

Let me know how bloods look on 250/100. If they’re good, I don’t think 250/250 is a good idea, I think you’d probably feel better and have better results at like 350/250 or 350/200.

Primo really does give you a certain “look”, but it’s a long slow effect over your cycle. It makes your test gains look drier, fuller, and it tends to help bring up weak points (imo) that give you a more ‘genetically gifted’ look.

I’m not looking to be big- I’m a rock climber, so it’s important for me to stay light and lean, but at the same time, I value a well balanced physique. Primo helps with my rear delts, and calves which I’ve always been trying to bring up. For what it’s worth, I think this was my first time with primo, which was 300/600:
