Progress/training log part 2:getting beary serious

3250 calories
250 protein
360 carb
90 fat

Has anyone been having trouble with myfitness pal lately? Somehow like half the shit i had logged today was deleted.

Cant remember what the calories came out to but i was at
251 protein
360 carb
85 fat

I had some similar issues a little while back but I updated it and no problems since.

Again with 315. Dude did 365 last week. Same depth, maybe couple inches higher if that's possible. [emoji53] Sorry about the mouth breathing I'm on tren.

 
I tried googling it and couldn't find a picture. I'm at the VA right now but I gotta drive past this joint in order to get home. I can stop and take a pic if they still got them. They were like $30. I'm a cheap bastard.

Must drink that tiger blood pre workout and bang out 7 gram rocks.

I am too most of the time, but every now and then i splurge a lil bit.
 
Oh no. Thats my van. I use it to give out candy.

Also I wasnt going to say anything. But you need to eat something that has 2 grams of fat, no other macros, and negative 17 calories. Maybe an apricot covered in dark matter...

I am catching up on this log and the apricot comment had me dying.

1.squat 5x5 215lb
2.front squat 4x4 135lb
3.deadlifts 6x3 360lb
4.lat pulldowns 4x8 140lb
5.seated rows 3x8 120lb
6.bent over rear laterals 3x10 20lb
7.seated calf raise 1x15 2 plates 3x12 2 plates

Good workout. Everything moved easy, like fuckin butta baby! Totally made up for yesterdays catastrophe lol
