Just got done with monday workout
1.squat 5x5 215lb
2.flat bench 4x8 165lb
3.deadlift 3x5 290lb
4.BTN press 3x8 80lb
5.shrugs 4x12 225lb
6.DB preacher curls 3x12 25lb
First day at the new gym. Wasnt too bad, had to do my warmup and stretching outside cuz there is just no room inside but thats ok. Wasnt that many people there early in the morning. One good thing is they have round plates instead of the hex plates which makes deadlifts much easier. And super thin plates, so they seem more like the plates they use in a competition. A bad thing is they dont have squat bars with the knurling (sp) in the center so gotta be careful so that fucker doesn't slide around.
