Progress/training log part 2:getting beary serious

Forgot also, today makes 3 weeks without any alcohol, so im pretty stoked about that.

Probably havent gone more than a or two without a drink since....shit idk, 2014? Hahahha

Its a good thing aBROham Lincoln. After awhile you wont want it anymore. Saves money, no hangovers, and no mud dogs in bed the next morning.

Ive been off the sauce more than a year. I still have as much fun on a night out and money in the pocket.

Hell yeah, shit when i think about it i was spending well over 100 bucks a month on alcohol, its nice having the extra money to save or to spend on gym stuff or whatever. Congrats on the year though man thats huge, i dont think i'll never drink again, but definitely gonna save it for special occasions

I havent ever said Im done. I honestly dont have the urge. When I get around people drinking I dont want it. And when you dont drink you know everyone wants to buy you one. Maybe I will one day, maybe not. But for now I feel good.

And another thing it helps...weight. can't count how many nights I got drunk and ended up at fast food or Denny's.

Well yeah thats how i got fat in the first place. All the empty calories from beer, plus the effects on my metabolism? Plus the going out and getting 15 mcdoubles at 2 in the morning, and bam...obeseity! Lol

Not sure how the macros were dead on but still under on calories? Maybe myfitness pal miscalculated something? Oh well, i did what i could lol

My fitness pal will delete fibre count calories from your total because your body doesn't utilize the calories in fibre anyways. So I'm guessing you had 8g of fibre negating your totals that myfitnesspal recognizes. It's a glitch in their system I noticed 6 months ago on keto but I never made an issue

started reading, great progress btw. The drinking has been my problem for the last year. that whiskey makes me forget to eat . You ever find a preworkout that you liked?

Hey thanks man. Yeah in the opposite, booze makes me eat too much hahah.

Yeah I've been using Mr.Hyde. gives me the boost i need but isnt TOO extreme, and the price aint too bad so I'm just sticking with that for now. May try something new next time i buy some though.

My brother has been using that for the last month or two, he digs it aswell. just started adding in a pump intensifier by the same brand. don't remember the name. i tried them out a couple weeks ago. holy veins. haha.

Never tried the pump intensifier, course i dont really train for the pump, lotta low rep stuff. I just need that kick in the pants in the morning to get me goin haha

You can buy 100x200mg caffine pills for 5 bucks at any grocery store in the pharmacy section if all you are looking for is a wake up that's the cheapest and most effective way. If you want the other stims then ya obviously preworkout works better but I know for a cost to benifits caffine pills are the way to go my man

Maybe i will give that a shot, even if i dont like it as much im only out a couple bucks.

It is somewhat mental too though, i emjoy the routine.of making my drink in the morning and sipping my drink on the way to the gym haha. We are creatures of habit.

I crush a caffeine pill in with my creatine in the mornings.
