Ahh bunch of bitch ass cry babies. Those are the three most fun lifts to do, definitely takes it out of you but i cherish every second im in there, the rest of my day after the gym is the hardest part for me, having to wait 24 hours to go do it again lol

Again with 315. Dude did 365 last week. Same depth, maybe couple inches higher if that's possible. [emoji53] Sorry about the mouth breathing I'm on tren.

1.powercleans 10x3 115lb
2.bent over rows 5x5 165lb
3.lat pulldowns 8x2 170lb
4.tri push down 3x9 180lb
5.cable low to high 3x12 50lb
6.rear delt flys 3x12 15lb
7.seated side laterals 3x12 15lb

Hey not much to say about this. Was supposed to do pullups instead of lat pulls but low and behold i cant lol.
