Progress/training log part 2:getting beary serious

Thursday workout

1.flat bench 8x3 185lb
2.incline bench 3x6 135lb
3.cable low to high 4x12 50lb
4.tri pushdown 4x8 180lb
5.front skwat 2x12 95lb
6.single leg extensions 4x8 100lb
7.concentration curls 4x10 25lb

Good little workout. Except i hate the fuckin incline bench at this gym, its a pain in the ass to unrack the weight.

Ok so @Leancuisine has me fuckin curious aboit this calorie thing...it says 2959 on myfitnesspal but when i add my macros up it comes out to like 2905 so...this is probably a stupid question but is that because of the micronutrients with those extra calories?

I looked at eggwhites on my food log and it said 8 oz of egg whites is 24.7 grams of protein and 123 calories but 24.7g protein is 98.8 calories(4 calories per gram of protein right?) And the only other thing in there is potassium and sodium, is that where the extra calories are coming from....?

No. The app is wrong.
 
Oh you know i remember the bear saying something about that. But this is different, its adding calories that dont seem to be there.

Or 10g of protein. A few meals worth of that and you're hitting much less protein than what you are wanting. I honestly don't think I eat over 150 grams of protein though. Never noticed a difference really between 150 and 200. Gas , maybe?

Ok so the deadlifts got hard today lol. Hit all my lifts, all but the last set were dead stops, last set i did touch n go. Fuuuck...im ready for some lunch now hahaha.

I saw you talking about that. I use it as a general guide myself. But Im always bulking so exact numbers are less important to me.

Yeah, well it seems like it usually tell me that im having more than i actually am, so as long as im it's not making me think im in a deficit when im not im good. Cant wait to let the bulk begin so i can start gettin strong haha
 
That van i bought didnt last as long as id hoped, took a huge dump on me after about a wrek, and i dont have the time or monry to fix everything wrong with it. Bought me this little chevy today though and it runs like a fuckin champ, just needs a little work on the aesthetic aspect but im glad to have something reliable finally.

Spray painted doors with the flames on em. WA plates with your name on em.

Too bad about the van.... missed a great opportunity to tell a girl "if your belly buttons not an innie, then I'm outta, now hop in my van let's get rowdy"
