Weighed in at 274.5 this morning but i was a bit backed up so that weight was withouthaving my morning number 2. Yesterday while showingmy roommate how to use the scale effectively i weighed myself at 273.7 with boxers and tanktop on so im somewhere between 273-274 .
Dropping carbs another 25g and fats another 5g.
Just finished monday workout which was
1.squat 5x5 235lb
2.bench 3x7 185lb
3.deadlift 3x5 320lb
4.btn press 3x7 95lb
5.shrugs 4x12 95lb 2x20 135lb.
6.i practiced my powerclean technique from the hang position using just the the 45lb bar. Did 3 sets of 10 just practicing my timing and whatnot. Figure i will probably do this a couple times a week for my optional accessory work untill i get my form down if
@RodgerThat thinks its not doin too much. Seems like a more efficient use of my time than doing 3 sets of bicep curls and its light so its not taking anything out of me
7.seated calf raise 2x30 1 plate 2x10 1 plate with a 5 second hold at the top of each rep and 20 second hold on last rep.
