That van i bought didnt last as long as id hoped, took a huge dump on me after about a wrek, and i dont have the time or monry to fix everything wrong with it. Bought me this little chevy today though and it runs like a fuckin champ, just needs a little work on the aesthetic aspect but im glad to have something reliable finally.

After being a technician for several years I've seen that 90% of problems are caused by neglect. Keep your oil and coolant checked and you'll be gravy.

For sure. Luckily i think this thing has been kept up fairly well, just looking at the guys house and yard you can tell he is the type of fella that takes care of his things, and he said it was an at&t company truck before he hsd it so i assume they would have kept it up fairly well.

Weighed in at 274.5 this morning but i was a bit backed up so that weight was withouthaving my morning number 2. Yesterday while showingmy roommate how to use the scale effectively i weighed myself at 273.7 with boxers and tanktop on so im somewhere between 273-274 .

Dropping carbs another 25g and fats another 5g.


Just finished monday workout which was

1.squat 5x5 235lb
2.bench 3x7 185lb
3.deadlift 3x5 320lb
4.btn press 3x7 95lb
5.shrugs 4x12 95lb 2x20 135lb.

6.i practiced my powerclean technique from the hang position using just the the 45lb bar. Did 3 sets of 10 just practicing my timing and whatnot. Figure i will probably do this a couple times a week for my optional accessory work untill i get my form down if @RodgerThat thinks its not doin too much. Seems like a more efficient use of my time than doing 3 sets of bicep curls and its light so its not taking anything out of me

7.seated calf raise 2x30 1 plate 2x10 1 plate with a 5 second hold at the top of each rep and 20 second hold on last rep.

Ya bud seems like a good use of your time for sure and you know what you are looking for in the videos so just keep reassessing between sets on how it looks and compare that to how it felt during the movemt
 
Aight so i didnt eat much cuz i was all backed up but after a light lunch it was go time, and after a successful bowel movement i decided to check my weight again just for shits(no pun intended) and giggles and got this which is a more accurate number than what i got this morning

3.assisted pulluo 8x3 100lb counterweight

4.tri push downs 3x10 180lb

5.rear delt flys 3x12 15lb

6.incline flys 3x12 35lb

7.side laterals 3x10 20lb

Good workout. Did incline flys instead of cable low to high lifts cuz there was a whole group of retards doing stupid shit in the cable area and i didnt have the time,nor the patience, to wait.


Today must have been do retarded shith at the gym day. I saw 8 different guys wearing gloves, i saw a guy ask for a spot on bench with 205lbs, wait for it, to do 3 inch ROM reps, with gloves. Full body curl guy was there today again, did some more full body curls plus some gull body tricep kickbacks which he slammed the dumbbell down after every set and when switching arms. More qaurter squats, etc. Fuuuuuuck its hard to watc hahahah
 
Nice. With a band is better, but this is a start. Best way to use the band is run it across the safeties in a power rack and stand on it if the rack has a pull up bar. Then you can adjust the resistance.

Pull ups and chin ups are life.

Only one power rack and too many people, plus the rack at this gym doesnt have a pullup bar unfortunately.

Killing it. Gotcha beat on crazy shit o_O saw a guy scream and throw a 30lb ez bar the other night. He was doing some weird shit with it on the incline bench had it back over his head like he was stretching then he'd wiggle it side to side like a shakeweight.:eek:

Oh shit I forgotto mention, the full body curl guy wears a lifting while he does his curls lol.
