Progress/training log part 2:getting beary serious

This is dispatch calling all units, we have a 187 at the local gym. A workout was just murdered.

1.skwaats 8x3 255lb
2.OHP 3x8 135lb
3.banded deads 12x2 225lb
4.stiff leg deads 2x8 185lb
5.barbell curls 3x8 75lb
6.hammer curls 3x6 40lb
7.PC practice from the hang position 3x10 45lb
8.seated calf raise 4x15 3 plates

Good workout. I missed my last rep on OHP cuz on the way down on my 7th rep some oblivious old dude walked right underneath where the bar was going to go so i had to stop at about forehead level and yell at him to move or his head was gonna get crushed. That fucked me up pretty good so i just racked it waited a minute and then did the last rep.

Other than that not a bad workout, not a bad workout at all.
 
Cuz i finally figured out it wasnt me doing anything wrong it was MFP app fucking it up so im just doing the math myself now cuz i want perfection goddamnit!

Good workout everything went smoothly. Gym was pretty empty except for a few goofballs so that was nice.

My coworker was buying these when i came in tonight and they're named after fucking slayer and i dont know if we will even get anymore cuz they are seasonal. Well anyways she offered me one so im having it tonight. Then we'll see if we cant make it another 6 weeks or more.

6 weeks isnt that long at all. Realistically if you had one beer every friday it wont kill you. But mind over matter. If you dont mind it doesnt matter
 
Fairly long for me, used to be a 6-10 a night kinda guy haha.

Yeah i know it wouldnt hurt me too bad, but id rather not waste my calories on it, plus i feel better not drinking at all.
And alcohol can impede recovery, a beer now and again ain't gonna hurt but it's not helping either. You made it fit into the diet so not that bad to treat yo self but you're a different man then the 6-10 guy cause hell we ain't even doing reps that high can't have more beers then you do reps:D

Definitely a different fella now haha. Less reps and less beers, but more gainz! Seems like a fair trade to me haha
 
Nice look man. Im always jealous when I see quad picks. I was a true quadzilla until i blew my VMO. Now I dont get that nice inside tear drop look anymore :(

As for the beer like ppl said, isnt good, isnt bad, long as youre not drinking 10 of them haha. Im having my cheat day today myself. 40$ of vietnamese and 2oz of a cold scotch before bed. tomorrows my yoga day so ill sweat it out anyways haha

Thanks bro, im excited to see how they shape out as i get leaner. Sucks youngot thay injury, i cant imagine not being able to go balls to the wall training legs.
