This is dispatch calling all units, we have a 187 at the local gym. A workout was just murdered.
1.skwaats 8x3 255lb
2.OHP 3x8 135lb
3.banded deads 12x2 225lb
4.stiff leg deads 2x8 185lb
5.barbell curls 3x8 75lb
6.hammer curls 3x6 40lb
7.PC practice from the hang position 3x10 45lb
8.seated calf raise 4x15 3 plates
Good workout. I missed my last rep on OHP cuz on the way down on my 7th rep some oblivious old dude walked right underneath where the bar was going to go so i had to stop at about forehead level and yell at him to move or his head was gonna get crushed. That fucked me up pretty good so i just racked it waited a minute and then did the last rep.
Other than that not a bad workout, not a bad workout at all.
