A good bodyweight routine is good to have as a back up man. Lots of push-ups, dips bodyweight box squats. I'll be doing alot of this in the next couple days while im traveling for workI dont mind it, but it's keeping me from lifting heavy things and that is upsetting.

Lol. Yeah its not that bad. Id rather have access to weights but ive always wanted to be able to do a one hand handstand pushup with no support.I just cant get motivated to do this, like half of why I workout is because it's something i enjoy doing, and those movements just dont do anything for me unfortunately haha.

I've been getting to the gym at about 8, finish all my warmup/stretching/rolling etc by 8:45 ish and getting out by 11/12 depending on how much volume i have for the day.

Stretching is what I should be doing after a major spine injury. Shame on me. I did use the roller last nite tho. I'd prefer one of the spiked ones but my gym dose not have one. I don't know if your familiar with my diet but I consume a large amount of raw eggs. I drank em. Since I'm in recomp rite now I only incorporated about 10-12 in my daily diet. Bulking it's AMAP. So I am sitting here myself in a cloud of green gasses and fumes. When I was with my X, I used to strate up Dutch oven her. She had that shit coming thoAlright tonights workout

Easy breezy beautiful workout, didnt feel too great during stretching and first couple warmup sets on squats but then i kind of loosened up and was feeling good from there on out. There were soooo many guys wearing gloves tonight.....why you need gloves to do bicep curls i have no idea lmao.
Also...i have continued to have really bad gas and stomache problems and i think it might be because i have been eating whole eggs and they arent agreeing with me, gonna cut them out for a couple days and see if it stops but that has to be it because itnis the only thing i have changed in my diet recently.
