Progress/training log part 2:getting beary serious

I dont mind it, but it's keeping me from lifting heavy things and that is upsetting.
A good bodyweight routine is good to have as a back up man. Lots of push-ups, dips bodyweight box squats. ;) I'll be doing alot of this in the next couple days while im traveling for work:(

I just cant get motivated to do this, like half of why I workout is because it's something i enjoy doing, and those movements just dont do anything for me unfortunately haha.

Alright so did yesterdays workout today.

1.squats 5x5 285lb
2.ohp 3x6 115lb
3.RDL 5x5 315lb
4.stiff leg deadlift 3x8 185lb 1x10 135lb
5.straight bar curl 3x8 75lb
6.hammer curl 3x8 30lb
7.side laterals 3x12 20lb
8.cardio 20 minute on the bike

Ok workout tonight. Working on making adjustments to my squat, plus everything just felt real damn heavy for some reason but i got through it.

I think for the most part i am gonna be on a pretty fairly structured schedule from now on though.

I've been getting to the gym at about 8, finish all my warmup/stretching/rolling etc by 8:45 ish and getting out by 11/12 depending on how much volume i have for the day.

Thats what the bear tells me. Ya know inactually feel better already, I've noticed a pretty significant increase in just overall comfort since i started doing a legit mobility routine, I was having alot of tightness which was causing discomfort particularly in my neck but it's mostly all gone now. Gettin limber as fuck haha

1.flat bench 5x5 205lb
2.incline DB press 3x12 70lb
3.cable low to high 4x12 50lb
4.tri push down 4x12 140 160 180 160
5.front skwaat 4x8 95lb
6.single leg ext 4x12 70lb
7.4 rounds HIIT

Well i didnt go in with high hopes but i dug real real deep, took everything i had but i got through that 5x5 so im pleased with that indeed! Happy days!

Pretty good tonight. Squats were a little sketchy, i must have put the bar on my back weird the other night cuz right where i usually set the bar was just this bitchin sore spot so i had to put the bar in a different spot, got through my sets but they were rough.

Deads were great, worked up to that 445 single and felt like i could have pulled it for a double. Did the 315x8 beltless and those all moved pretty well and easy, still had a few left in me.

Powercleans i kept light because i was already pretty gassed and i was having some Pain in the back of my armpit like right under my rear delt after the squats, idk. Nothing too serious.

I was planning on just taking Sunday offand going back monday but depending on how im feeling monday i may take sun/mon and just start my week on tuesday. We shall see.

Ok workout, deadlifts were sketchy cuz im super gassy and i felt like i was gonna puke every rep lol. Other than that not bad though.

Also weighed in 246lb today, down 1.8 from last week, adding some more calories for few more weeks.

1.powerclean/pushpress 4x3 155lb i got one with 155 and missed my next two attempts so the following 3 sets were with 135lb i dont know if im retarded or something i just cant seem to move forward with these :mad: will keep trying though of course

2.bent over row 8x8 135lb
3.pullup with band 4xamrap got 4 on each set.
4.tri pushdown 4x16 140lb
5.cable low to high 3x12 50lb
6.rear delt fly 3x12 15lb
7.pushup 3xamrap 20 12 12
8.4 rounds of HIIT

Easy breezy beautiful workout, didnt feel too great during stretching and first couple warmup sets on squats but then i kind of loosened up and was feeling good from there on out. There were soooo many guys wearing gloves tonight.....why you need gloves to do bicep curls i have no idea lmao.

Also...i have continued to have really bad gas and stomache problems and i think it might be because i have been eating whole eggs and they arent agreeing with me, gonna cut them out for a couple days and see if it stops but that has to be it because itnis the only thing i have changed in my diet recently.

Stretching is what I should be doing after a major spine injury. Shame on me. I did use the roller last nite tho. I'd prefer one of the spiked ones but my gym dose not have one. I don't know if your familiar with my diet but I consume a large amount of raw eggs. I drank em. Since I'm in recomp rite now I only incorporated about 10-12 in my daily diet. Bulking it's AMAP. So I am sitting here myself in a cloud of green gasses and fumes. When I was with my X, I used to strate up Dutch oven her. She had that shit coming tho;)
