Stretching is what I should be doing after a major spine injury. Shame on me. I did use the roller last nite tho. I'd prefer one of the spiked ones but my gym dose not have one. I don't know if your familiar with my diet but I consume a large amount of raw eggs. I drank em. Since I'm in recomp rite now I only incorporated about 10-12 in my daily diet. Bulking it's AMAP. So I am sitting here myself in a cloud of green gasses and fumes. When I was with my X, I used to strate up Dutch oven her. She had that shit coming tho
Stretching sucks, it is not fun, but since i started taking my stretching and mobility work more seriously i have definitely deen improvement in my squat depth, and just quality of life in general as far as those little nagging aches and pains go.
Yes i remember reading your post on your massive egg consumption haha.
My diet has been pretty low fat so for the past hell idk 6 months or so i have only done cartons of eggwhites, huge staple in my diet since they are so easy to consume whether im cooking them or blending them up raw with oats and bananas in a shake.
Recently I've been allowed a bit of extra fats in my diet so i have been enjoying some of the foods i haven't really been eating like bacon, whole eggs, avocados and such.
So i think it's just the yolks fucking with me, cuz i have been adding 3-4 in to omelets a couple times a day and whoooooo boy my stomache has been in shambles, and like you said that fuckin tear gas coming outta me! Lmao
