Progress/training log part 2:getting beary serious

Stretching is what I should be doing after a major spine injury. Shame on me. I did use the roller last nite tho. I'd prefer one of the spiked ones but my gym dose not have one. I don't know if your familiar with my diet but I consume a large amount of raw eggs. I drank em. Since I'm in recomp rite now I only incorporated about 10-12 in my daily diet. Bulking it's AMAP. So I am sitting here myself in a cloud of green gasses and fumes. When I was with my X, I used to strate up Dutch oven her. She had that shit coming tho;)

Stretching sucks, it is not fun, but since i started taking my stretching and mobility work more seriously i have definitely deen improvement in my squat depth, and just quality of life in general as far as those little nagging aches and pains go.

Yes i remember reading your post on your massive egg consumption haha.

My diet has been pretty low fat so for the past hell idk 6 months or so i have only done cartons of eggwhites, huge staple in my diet since they are so easy to consume whether im cooking them or blending them up raw with oats and bananas in a shake.
Recently I've been allowed a bit of extra fats in my diet so i have been enjoying some of the foods i haven't really been eating like bacon, whole eggs, avocados and such.

So i think it's just the yolks fucking with me, cuz i have been adding 3-4 in to omelets a couple times a day and whoooooo boy my stomache has been in shambles, and like you said that fuckin tear gas coming outta me! Lmao

Oh man i always got 3 ready to go in the fridge and 10-12 of them in the reserve freezer in the laundry room haha.

How much do those great value ones go for? I dont get to walmart often cuz the closest one is like 20 miles away so im stuck with safeway and theirs are like 4 bucks a pop.

Bout the same. I did however find 18 packs of eggs for 90 cents and gallons of milk for 85 cents. I love me a screaming deal:)

5.straight bar curl 3x8 75lb
6.hammer curl 3x8 30lb
7.overhead tri cable ext 3x12 100lb
8.cardio 4 rounds of hit

Well hell....again it wasnt easy but i got through the workout, felt about the same as last week was hoping it would be a bit easier but eh i got through and thats what really matters haha. Feelin good feelin great.

Also, turns out i was on point about the whole eggs, didnt have any today and felt right as rain.

I think you eventually adapt to the high egg diet. I dont take in as many as Mr Bull but I've gone as high as 5dz a week and eventually got rid of the farts. Try adding the super cheap tubs of Walmart low fat vanilla greek yogurt when you do fart itll smell like someone just lit a yankee candle;)

Hahha all the sameni think im just sticking with the egg whites. If it was just the nuclear farts that would be one thing, but those fuckers were legit causing me stomache problems and screwing with my workouts.

I like whole eggs but not quite enough keep that up haha.
 
Alright workout

1.squats 6x3 305lb
2.deadlifts 2x2 405lb 3x3 385lb
3.lat pulldowns 5x10 140lb
4.powercleans supposed to be 4x3 165lb but judging on my performance on these recently i dropped to 145lb and got through them so thats better than last time, plus it's after squats and deadlifts.
5.cardio 20 minutes on the bike. Just too damn beat up to do much more right now.

Fuckin squats are feelin pretty crappy, it is that midpoint of the training block though where the fatigue starts to build up. Hit all my lifts but on the last reps of some of the sets i had some ugly good morning squat syndrome going on.

Deads feeling ok, pulled the 2x2 beltless and it was noticeably more difficult haha

Weight was 246.8 this morning so up .8lb from last week, one more week of higher calories and then it's back to cutsville R.I.P gains hahaha. Nah but one more little push just a few more months....

Anyways everything felt great tonight, squats were a walk in the park, bench was...ehhh bearable haha and deadlifts were a breeze
Pulled 385x5 easier than i ever have before.

Time to get home and make some grub!

2.bor underhand grip 6x6 did i set with 185lb but i was cheating on the last two so did the other 5 sets with 175lb
3.pullup with band 4xamrap 7 6 5 5
4.tri pushdown 4x16 140lb
5.cable low to high 3x12 50lb
6.rear delt fly 3x12 15lb
7.pushups 3xamrap 15 12 10
8.HIIT 4 rounds kbell swing battle ropes jumping Jacks plank hold.

Well first time doing clean and jerks, i think it went better than i expected. Didnt lose balance and bop my head with the weight or smack myself in the chin on the push so all in all i would call it a win haha.

Got sort of irked tonight....there were these two instagram sluts walking around taking videos of them doing stupid shit, none of my business ya know do you.
but in between sets on c&j they went over to the smith machine to take some footage doing 10lb smith machine squats, again do you idc.

However, the girl filming kicked my barbell on accident, looked down at it and dragged it off to the side....now this is where i got a little pissed so i pop my headphone out and go "hey yeah just throw all that off to the side, nobody is working there" expecting some sort of humility or apology and this chick straight up laughed and just goes "oh haha yeah"......
Im a prettyeasy going fella, but i just hate when people are just blatantly disrespectful to other people so ya know i grab the barbell up and move it down a few more feet away from them cuz they're just fitness sluts, they dont know any better i guess.

Then when they are going to leave they just left weights and bosu balls and shit lying all over the place so i says fuck this and i just told them that they need to be more respectful when they are at the gym and if they are coming just to take shitty videos for the gram they would do well to not interrupt other people who are there on a mission.

Lol they just looked flabbergasted, i dont think they have ever been spoken to like that by a guy before. Especially not some sweaty chalk covered ugly fat guy hahaha.

Glad you agree. I almost hesitated to post that at risk of sounding like an asshole, but hell im a nice guy id give anyone the shirt off my back, and if they had asked me i would have hopped up and moved the weight with a smile it's not like it was the only place for me to work and i was hogging the space in front of the smith machine, but they were just rude and i dont care how hot they think they are or how tight their yoga pants are...dont come in and fuck up the few hours a day i get to really enjoy myself and be stress free.

Felt great tonight, those 5x5's fuckin really take it out of me for some reason haha. And those RDL's are alot tougher than i thought when you get some weight on there, crikey!

7.ouside HIIT yay! Almost 50 today and sunny so did kbell swings tire flips and runnin around the lot.

Man bench was hard today but i think it's cuz i only had 12 hours between workouts cuz i have something to do tonight but i got through, hit the 225x1 competition pause.

Other than that i felt freaking amazing today, man my mood improves by 100000% when the sun is out. Felt great to run outside and could tell a noticable difference in my cardiovascular endurance, went alot harder than last time i did the outside workout, i was kickin ass.

Plus ive lost so much weight now it doesnt hurt to run anymore, used to kill my knees and back but now it's damn near enjoyable :) feelin good haha
