Missed that 235 bench i fought it like motherfucker but it hit a sticking point and just wasnt goin oh well cant even sweat it with everything else going so well.
For my HIIT I've started adding some distance to the box jumps which is kind of fun training my jump a little bit because back in the day i had pretty decent hops for a white boy haha. Just jumping onto maybe 2.5-3 ft box and about 4 feet away or so. Also adding some reps to the other movements i do during HIIT because the old routine is getting a little too easy so definitely making progress on the cardio front.
Big day tomorrow got 5x5 at 305 squats which i havent done before so hopefully i can nail that, and also 5x5 at 405 deadlift which is going to be challenging hahah hopefully just going to fuck shit up though!
