Progress/training log part 2:getting beary serious

Hell yea brother, go for it! I'm doing my first meet in 2 weeks. My numbers are laughable for my size, but I'm doing this one for shits and giggles. Then I will try to lose some more fat and try to be a contender in the ol man classes in the future!

Well gang was just bullshittin with perrin and decided i want to do a meet.

Never planned on it cuz this just started as a getting in shape thing snd just happen to prefer the powerlifting training style but I've really come to love this shit. Made a lot of positive changes in my life the last couple years and having something to focus on has been a huge partof that so now i think it's something i wanna really do.

Probably going to be early next year cuz i want to get a little more training under my belt so i dont go in and look like a total asshole haha but it's definitely happenin fo sho fo sho.

So plan was to get down to 220 and just go balls to the wall snd get huge and strong but now im thinkin once i get down there i will hover in and around that area and just train my balls off and get as strong as i can to compete in the 220's.

So im pretty excited for that.

Still on deload, havent had a peoper gym workout.got a good.bit of exercise in yesterday though, answered an ad to help move some folks into their new house. $20 bucks an hour and the two other people they hired left after like 3 hours so i moved a large portion of the stuff by myself, but the person was so damn impressed with my work ethic and thankful that they threw an extra $60 bucks on top of my 6 hours of work so i ended up making damn near $200 for 6 hours of work. Not too shabby at all.

Just really having a blast with my girly, took her out bowling last night and waiting for her to get out of the shower cuz I'm about to take her to have Thai food for the first time.

Welll the girls gone home, im just drained haha. Going from a 3 year dry spell to getting it in 3-5 times a day for a week straight did a number on me lmao.

Managed to get a little sick somehow so just loungin around recuperating and what not, binge watching supernatural @Perrin Aybara you were right this show is pretty damn good.

So time time to get back on yhe grind, get the diet back to normal and start back with the workouts in the next couple days and kick some ass!

Yeah i remember you saying it was great, girlfriend suggested i start watching it the other day when we were trying to figure out what to watch. It's damn cool.
