Thank you broham it has been a lot of fun, but im anxious to get back to my weights!

Just spoke with the coach a little while ago about plans and goals for the next training block, so i shall be back in the gym here shortly.

Can't wait to see what you have coming up. You should create a thread with your transformation, once it's all said and done. It would a huge motivation for others. And those that lurker looking for a jump start. Very impressive. I love to see people do well.

Right on broham, it's a fun way to start it just like last time a squat triple at 9RPE so it'll give a good indication of how much strength you've retained or gained while losing I believe a total of 16lbs last training block

pec finally feels well enough to get back to normal push weights... That was the same thing i did last cycle, just my other pec. smdh...don't get to crazy and hurt a limb

For sure, i think last block on the up to 3 rep 9rpe i did 320x2 so i know i am well beyond that. I know i have 345x3 9rpe so probably gonna shoot for a little above that depending on how im feelin.

Being acquainted with the Winchesters is bad for any other character's health as I'm sure you're noticing.

We're being total fanboys, lol. Seriously though, Jensen Ackles is an amazing actor. Like top tier for real. I don't know how well he'll do after this, but he fucking nailed it playing Dean. Check out the outtakes sometime, too.

Didn't even have to say what scene it was, lol. That's one of the funniest moments in the show. Hopefully they play the extended Eye of the Tiger scene after the credits, if not look it up YouTube. It's hilarious.

Also, saw the episode with the wishing well where the little girl wished for her teddy bear to come to life and the bear was just a depressed alcoholic and tried to kill himself with a shotgun. Pure gold lol

Welp feels good to be back in the gym

1.squats 345x1 9rpe 2x1 310 9rpe on second set
2.bench 4x8 165lb
3.deadlift 3x5 365lb
4.ohp 6x3 115lb
5.shrugs 4x12 225lb
6.20 on the bike for cardio

Im still not 100% over this little cold i had or whatever so i played it safe and just took the 345 squat single cuz i just wasnt feeling it. Im sure i'll be back to full power in s couple more days.

Bench and deads were both fairly easy, although sets of 5 on deads suck no matter how much weight is on the bsr hahaha.
