Don't sweat it bud you know where I'm taking you with these training blocks and I gaurentee the end result that you want undoubtably with your work ethic, just gotta trust the system and a random guy on the internet you've never met before lol. But in all seriousness we knew a bad day was going to come eventually and we knew the work was going to throw things off it's a learning curb I promise I'll develop something to get over it but we ain't rushing to add calories until you've done your weekly weigh in and no sources for you unless you are sourcing out a good local butcher for them fine cuts
. You've got one of the toughest training blocks you're going to tackle ahead of you right now just gotta get through it to get closer to that point of massive success.
Also whenever you have a bad day remember you've lost over 100lbs!!!! And still hit your all time best pull and your working load capacity is higher then when you weighed 350lb it's no small feat how far you've come so don't let today screw with your head you're solid bud
