Progress/training log part 2:getting beary serious

Workout tonight
1.squat 5x5 260lb
2.front squat 4x4 140lb
3.RDL 3x3 315lb
4.SLDL 4x10 135lb
5.single leg ext 4x12 70lb

You'll notice my numbers are lower, there is a reason. The great deadlifting bear of the great white north told me to do a 15% load drop this week 10% next weel and 5% the week after because my body just isn't doing what i need it to, so we are giving it some reprieve so i don't feel like im just banging my head against the wall night after night.

Workout was still pretty challenging, felt like what the original numbers probably would have felt like, actually a bit harder.
my body and my mind are just in shambles, but still i push on, i will win this fucking battle haha.

Havin a little snack and now i am going to get myself some sleep haha

1.flat bench 1x1 195lb 4x3 175lb
2.incline db press 3x10 50lb
3.cable low to high 4x12 40lb
4.tri pushdown 4x12 220lb
5.straight bar curl 3x8 50lb
6.hammer curl 3x8 25lb

Just got in and out, super tired. Brother called me this morning about 3 hours into my slumber and needed to talk cuz he's all bummed out and shit then couldn't get back to sleep for some reason.
 
Not too terribld tonight.

1.squat 6x4 270lb
2.deadlift 1xamrap 4 rep cap 380lb got 4 at rpe 8.5
3.lat pulldown 4x8 130lb
4.powerclean pushpress 5x5 115lb

Got some actual solid sleep last night so felt pretty good today, plus i had breakfast burritos today so that probably helped.

4.supposed to be banded pullups but i forgot they were on the agenda, whoops.
5.shrugs 4x12 225lb 1x20 135lb

Felt prettu good tonight, dont wanna jinx it but i haven't been as exhausted after work and shit, mast few weeks when i got home from work i was ready to pass the fuck out but today didn't even nap after work which is good cuz then i wasn't all groggy and shit.

Squat felt really great tonight, sumo deadlifts were....weird? Lol everything about those felt just incredibly wrong haha dont think im gonna be making the switch to sumo anytime soon haha.

Weightwas 235.2 this morning after a not very great deuce, so maybe a little less but kweping macros the same because even 235.2 was down over 2lbs from last week.


Oh look, i can finally sort of do that thing where you spread your lats out haha

One time I figured out how to do the pose and I was like damn I gotta take a picture so set up the camera then went back and completely forgot how I got into that position. Who cares though end of the day I only care when people are mirrin the weight that I lift 24" off of the floor then place back down

6.did 4 rounds of HIIT because i had already filled out my carbs for the day but i ran into this lady i know from the gym and she had made these big giant oatmeal raisin cookies (my favorite) and she brought some in for "the night crew" and well...i didnt want to be rude bahaha.

5.OHP 5x5 did a pyramid up n down 95 115 135 115 115

The squat 5x5 was supposed to be 285 but something was off tonight and i hit rpe 10 at 3 reps so dropped weight, was expecting to have to do the same for deadlifts but they actually moved surprisingly well never got above rpe 8

That 135 amrap was just...disgusting. i could have done more than 35 strength wise, but i was literally starting to black out, wanna talk about fuxking with your cns...i was still all shaky and shit 30 minutes later, never again @RodgerThat lmao
 
I did comment, but that was before the powerlifting section was awakened.

Plus Meso has a bad rep of not ever tracking the threads I actually want to keep tabs on.

Maybe now that cdnguy isn't clogging up every server, I can get updates again

Yeah it does that to me as well, i always see peoples log in the new post section and i end up having 5 pages to catch up on.
