progress/training log

Seriously, though, 3x3 for 165 is a nice number on OHP. It would be even better if you got a proper standing OHP going, getting all of the kinetic chains from feet to hands involved in the lift.

3x5 for 120lb is my PR at the moment, weak. My shoulders are slow to respond.

Thanks man, yeah im happy with it. Best i ever got was 3 reps at 185 i think, but that was when i was 35lbs heavier and on test so i will definitely take 3x3 at 165. 3x5 at 120 aint bad man, thats still a lot of weight to lift over knes head.

I'm an aggressive person.
The rate the VA is going I might not even be done with surgeries by then.

If I'm healed by mid September I can do it

Oh bud I got no doubt you can do it you did 295 right before I'm just thinking that's a beastly feat with a clear meditarsal fracture and displacement. VA gotta hurry their shit up bones damn near gonna be calcified and spawning a new finger at this rate

I feel my hand was healing very well ... I could lift 130lbs for chest press on cables, now I'm back to struggling to hold up my 11.5lb son :(
I actually got 305 as my heaviest, and this time around I will be,a lot more consistent with training strength and not so much physique.
For me physique seems to come no matter how I lift... just as long as I lift.

I
"Its 3 dudes that live here, we ain't got time for hand towels!"
*has time for feminine wall art*
Had that same thought. But ADD kicked in and I started wondering what it would be like to live with a couple gym Bros...sounded fun right up till I got to the part about sharing a bathroom. Damn man I can barely handle just my protein shits:confused:
