The the hand I'm holding that syringe in I put that elbow on the wall or door jam. Then physically push my arm across my body that last few inches so I can pin either delt. Looks silly but works just fine.

Lol great idea that might actually work. I do something like that when I have an itch on my back to scratch it.

I was reading this book written by some Russian flexibility specialist, I forget his name.

Anyway, he explains how the body has reflex reaction that prevents you from over stretching a muscle. Essentially you stretch it, theyll be a point where you cant stretch it anymore, but that's just the reflex holding you back not necessarily the muscles limit.

So he suggests relaxing into the stretch (in fact I think that's the name of the book, relax into stretching)

Stretch to the point it won't go anymore. Hold it for a few seconds and take some deep breaths and relax the reflex that's holding you back. And then after relaxing it you should be able to further the stretch just a little bit more. And you do this continuously until you reset that reflex point and as a result become more flexible.

I would look into it. I mean that's if you wanna be able to wipe your own asses. If not carry own being huge, stiff monsters ( I wish that's what she said)

Have you ever tried Doggcrapp extreme stretches after your sets. It's fantastic for increasing mobility and reducing injury

I was thinking about asking my wife to wipe my ass after I gain 10 more pounds o_O

But seriously that is a great idea. I definitely neglect stretching and have lost a lot of range of motion.

I've been using it for my hamstrings lower back. When I lean forward to touch my toes, reflex stops me about a foot away. I hold and take the deep breaths, relax, and then I can get it a little closer. Rinse wash repeat and I can eventually touch my toes.
 
My argument was with glutes and quads. Never even considered going shorter than an inch for anything until I saw all of you guys recommending slin pins. I was going to do delts but I cant reach my shoulder so there is no way unless I get someone else to do it. And I dont want to rely on someone else for my shots. So figured I'd give upper chest a try and with a 25g 1inch there is no pain. Just curious what people use for their chest.

27g 1/2” pins for quads and delts for me. Barely feel it and I haven’t found an oil that won’t go through with a 1cc syringe. If you use a 3cc syringe then heat that shit up and prepare yourself for the long haul LOL

In glutes and quads I'm usually always injecting 2cc at a time and its GSO. Takes forever with a 25g, I could only imagine 27g.

I'm gonna hold my words for now. Finally 1(of a few) intn'l trackers shows up on tracking.
I've placed several orders with these guys and had no problems at all. Although I haven't did any testing on it but everything has been doing what it's suppose to. I have to change two shirts every night from the tren a . Deca, all the tests. And Dbol and Anadrol. Everything been good for me anyway.

Nice setup. Just in case this is your first. Check if your 60cc syringe will fit in your caulk gun with that plunger completely pulled. If not only fill to 30cc. Mine was too small and I had filter more than I wanted by hand.

You need a skeleton calking gun not one like the one pictured. Exactly like pictured if you can find it. Also works better with 60 mL Excel as opposed to others. The finger flanges bend less and are bigger.
Pro tip put a syringe filter on your vent needle.

Furthermore Homebrewers - if I were y'all - I would heat sterilize and depyrogenate my beakers covered with foil then insert all ingredients by just lifting but not removing the foil after its sterilized and keep that foil on but vented while heating. This cover serves this very important purpose:
It keeps whatever is in air from falling into your gear. This can include bacteria and any Endo or exo toxins released from such bacteria which will 100% filter through. On exotoxins: 250 F for 15 minutes destroys them in solution.
Furthermore- pollutants, allergens in air that have low enough melting points can filter through in solution. So if you don't have a hood- since you are just homebrewing- always keep your sterilized and depyrogenated beakers covered through the whole process. Air is your enemy. In overkill I heat sterilize and depyrogenate at 450 F for 4 hrs but 3 is more than good. Pyrogens are any fever causing agent and Endotoxins are and will. Even if bacteria is filtered out. Thats why it's important no bacteria falls into solution - hence cover.
Hence .2 micron syringe filter on vent needle to keep minor airflow filtered.

Oh and one more: moisture follows heat so once you remove beaker from heat sit it next to higher heat so moisture will sweat outside the beaker towards the heat and the heat will evaporate it.a s temp in beaker goes down lower heat next to it but always keep heat next to beaker higher than temp inside beaker.

You're welcome if you didn't know or consider any of this.

Also when washing glassware it's important to rinse with distilled water lastly as it has far less pollutants and endotoxins even though the 450 F for 3 hrs will overkill to deactivate endotoxins.
Faucet water can contain iron and heavy metals and all kinds of shit.

Been using this setup with same caulk gun for a while at least.
I do only 30-40 ml batches, it fits well in there, thanks!
