That’s what I figured and I do still appreciate your feedback. I honestly don’t know all the “REP Rules” and haven’t had a rep from one lab recommend another lab. That’s exactly what I posted too!
 
Im curious why they would pull everything. Even some of the stuff the just restocked.

Why not just sell everything and slowly phase it out.
 
I find it really odd that my tracking number updated the same day i send a msg to PPL. Considering it hasn't updated in almost 2 weeks since it got sent out....coincidence i guess?
 
You have to call customer service to get an update, this is how the reps get all of what is happening.

The hierarchy appears to be as followed.

Panda himself
12 year old nephew
Customer service
Snap chat
Forum reps.
guess the "it's overnight right now in china" excuse was bullshit
