No one is refuting that panda has been busted, no one is refuting that panda has issues. No one is defending panda.

You are right! Technically, any amount of raws could equate to manufacturing in the eyes of LE even in small amounts. If it were small amounts of finished products, probably would be a different story & you could pull the "personal" use card. IDK, I think its definitely plausible for this type of situation to go drown, I just dont think this dude is telling the truth or atleast the whole truth.

The only problem with that is that there is no personal use allowance for steroids. One vial is enough to go after someone for. Not cost effective for the tax payer, but when has that ever been a consideration?

Technically, you are right. My point is the LE is more likely to go after someone manufacturing vs personal use. Its no different than with narcotics. Ive had 2 packs intercepted in 20 years(in early 2000's).. Both times I received a letter in the mail from customs telling me I contest the seizure if I wanted to. Lol

That’s what everyone believes. Small towns have one judge. The officer brings the docs to them, local judge signs off.

They don’t have to bring to the Supreme Court to get a search warrant.

Live in a city? Ill just fax it over to the judge. The process isn’t complicated.

It's more like you pull out your cell phone and ring your "buddy" who is also the judge who takes the call from his bro while he's having a family dinner.

These guys WORK with each other EVERY DAMN DAY. They provide the security for the CITY that you live in for the next decade. Believe me, they have tighter ties than you and your "friends" sometimes.

It's not complicated but warrants arent given out all willy nilly.

And yes that small town cop does have to go to the supreme court get a warrant. Not the us supreme court(federal) but the state supreme court. Town courts are lower courts, they only have jurisdiction in that town and misdemeanors. Felonies go to supreme court(they're known by county court in most places).

So district attorneys are on call all the time and so are some judges. In case someone needs a search warrant at 2 am or whatever.

I've just seen someone get pulled over from drunk driving. He didnt consent to the field sobriety test. The cops call the assistant district attorney who's in call. They draft up the warrant, they call the judge who's on call, the approve it. Now they have a warrant to forcibly take blood from this guy to test for alcohol level.

So it's not hard but it's not easy either.


But my knowledge is specific to my state. It's slightly different every where, but not drastically. They all mirror the federal legal system to a certain extent.

You are acting like these titles they have make them inaccessible. They are people, with cell phones and speed dial... who likely party discretely with some of the people they are getting warrant requests from.

They are easily accessible despite their fancy titles.
