Okay, so I just got off the phone with Panda for an hour, and we discussed what had happened with the domestic issues.
A week or so ago, our 20 domestic orders were shipped in ONE package; I will disclose some info on how shipping is done so you guys have more of an understanding.
Our packs are shipped from Canada to our freight forwarding company, then relabeled, repacked, and stealth shipped to the US in one big package. Then our US guy reships all the individual packages one by one. It turned out, a few days ago one of the liquid orals (30ml) ones broke and wet the whole package. The pack was then stopped by Canada Post and the liquid contained alcohol - you're not allowed to ship alcohol to/from Canada unless it's from a licensed distillery or brewer. That pack was not searched but thrown away; (20+ packages) inside (note that even if they looked inside they wouldn't have been able to find anything).
Regardless, it's been Canada's Thanksgiving break since like Friday and we haven't been able to reship. Everything will be reshipped (all 20+ packs) on the 15th after Thanksgiving and we will send new individual tracking to all the people that have ordered through email.
I deeply apologize for not staying updated, and Panda offers his apologies as well.
Secondly, we are removing our US Domestic from our website for about 1 week, we just had 75kg touch down to our boy and we need him to set everything up. We want him to brew compounds, orals etc before getting our domestic venture back up again. Once this is done, everything will be running smooth and domestic raws will be back up!
