I always get a kick out of this phrase. People who come here and act friendly, want to contribute and be apart of a community treat it as just that, a community. A community of like minded individuals that can help each other, talk about topics that a normal person wouldn't get into and make friends.
Then there are those that come here and act like an asshole... And when they are met with hostility for acting like an asshole, they say what you said, "I'm not interested in being a part of the meso circle jerk." You were a lurker for so long and then decided to become an active poster, why bother doing that if you thought this is all just a circle jerk? Let's go with an example that isn't about cooking the books. Women who are raped in hardcore islamic cultures don't report it very often. Often returning customers use the same addy, name, or even info to identify it’s the same guy. A policy COULD be added though yes it couldn’t be super enforced on everyone fairly. I agreeish with you both. I’d prefer all customers to not be dicks to honest suppliers but can that happen?
