Why do PPL and DO have the same exact products/price? Are they the same?

PPL is as cheap you can get. Prices doubled since 1st jan tho.
They aren't same to my understanding, maybe used to be partners, don't exactly have same stock.
I assume they are the same too.

Finally bewed up the TrenE I got a couple days weeks ago and it does look yellowy in GSO.
I made it with 2%/18% ba/bb and at250mgs/ml. I usually do it at 200mgs/ml and probably should have because it crashed prettty hard but i think its because its just pretty cold in my house for now. Heated up the vial and everything was back to normal. Ill start running it in like a week and well see, hope it does cause pip.
