The issue is trust on both sides. If I forget to video and have it tested, they can have doubt that it's not their raws. In this bidnus nobody trust each other. It sucks.
Now if this was primo, I would say ok I get the reason why a "fuck up" may happen. Wink wink, but test ? Almost zero chance bro, it would hurt their business by testing an hplc. Doesn't make sense. A bad batch makes more sense, but PPL is saying they have sold this batch quite a bit with no complaining.
So hplc is the last thing to do, at least for your peace of mind, but again can't prove it comes from their Raws, so we are back in the vicious circle of no trust.
Bro you have to read FAQ and follow protocol to a avoid these situations.

34) I received the wrong products
In order to receive replacement products you need to take a video while unpacking the box showing you cutting open the box and the products you received.
This would apply to testing I guess. Sucks it's a shit situation.
