Well, first and foremost, I can assure everyone I can still afford my Ferraris gas bill by doing normal business and not stoop to being a thief. Maybe if you were a source you would have to stoop to such tactics to keep the lights on in your mansion. But I don’t. Last week I had a professional penetration test done of my website. There are no security issues or potential breaches they could find while conducting the test. It was, in fact, an outside breech by a disgruntled shipping agent of mine. But CBS, everyone knows you are the internets best hacker, so, feel free to run your own independent penetration tests, check if all the ports to my data servers are closed, check if my server has breaching points of any kind. You won’t find any. And I truly wish, with all my Panda heart, you would heed your own advice and avoid me at all costs, then I wouldn’t need to read your envious malicious bull shit you like to occasionally vomit into my thread...

There's no demographic study. I never said anything about a demographic study. As with many situations, and this is a sucky situation, what seems to be the case, becomes something else.

It was the shipper. As previously explained. He had that info, and was also scamming from us. We found out and fired him. The emails were his revenge.

As with any fuck up, hopefully you learn. We've since tweaked our systems so the shipper doesn't have access to those details. The email addy was included in the customers info, we've changed that. We apologize. It was a mistake. I'm sure I've opened this up to more ball busting comments, probably rightfully deserved. This an honest explanation of how things went down.

The tone of your answer indicates that you got it, as this is not the usual you. That's not your usual tone and definitely not what I expected.

However, Pablito's answer sucked ass. And the demographic shit needs to be ruled out.

That was a reasonable response and I appreciate your sincerity. I'm glad something was done to improve your security. At this point myself as I'm sure many here would like to know what is being done about the data that the shipper still has? How can you ensure it doesn't get into the wrong hands? Fuck ups happen, but I think you as a business needs to show your customers that you are doing something to clean up the mess. Otherwise your reputation will be tarnished. Thanks...

My response was rude, yes. However, his malicious and unfounded accusation that I am a thief was also rude. Yes my material possessions have nothing to do with the situation. I was trying to point out that I am in zero financial need to be a thief. I could easily retire whenever I wanted and never want for anything again. But, I enjoy doing business, so I carry on. And furthermore, it was a terrible attempt at scamming people. Sure buddy, the abc boys contracted you to do what you claim, yet, you have a tenuous grasp on the English language. I’m not trying to downplay the situation whatsoever or make it seem light hearted. Giving my shipping agent customers emails in retrospect was a bad idea. But he asked for them because his shipping system had a box that also said: Email when he input information. At the time before I knew his true character it didn’t seem like a unreasonable request. Moving forward I will never give a shipping agent something they can use to contact a customer. Last week I paid a website penetration company to check all of my severs and website for security flaws. They found nothing that could be used to breech our databases that a hacker could exploit. My website is secure. My initial response to the situation was that it could have only been committed by an ex employee. Which my old manager was ruled out due to several reasons. Which left only my shipping agent, which I have definitively come to the conclusion it was him. To everyone who received the email or felt at risk because of the situation I sincerely and genuinely apologize. I have taken measures to prevent something like this from ever happening again by not giving out contact information to my shipping agents. I fully take responsibility for the situation and humbly apologize for it. I appreciate everyone’s continued support and understanding.
