3 Because many juicers desperately want their AAS as a last resort to man up, or at least to get some self confidence.

It has been cited in court cases the logging of the IP address of the computer checking the tracking number.

Hard to deny that you didn't know someone mailed you drugs when your home computer's IP address is logged tracking the package for a week.

Even if they trace the IP, they'll have no jurisdiction abroad.

They are mostly concerned about Nigerian or "sweepstakes" scams.
So you can say something like

1 I traveled to china last year, ran out of money and this guy/girl gave me food and shelter so I'm just paying for it
2 I traveled to china last year, I believe I'm the father of her newborn son
3 I'm a fudgepacker. That guy has a vaccumcleaner like mouth. He needs help to pay rent so I'm helping him out lol

there's little danger if they determine package tracking was checked from a foreign IP.
What do you want? To check other customer's tacking #s some sources provide?
