If we go look at the homebrew section of the forum there is great information on geometic dilution. Please don't use a coffee grinder. I enjoy humco suspensions. It's easy. It's all here if you look in other forum posts.

how often do u tan? and for how long? also any effect on appetite like mt2 supposedly has?

I don't "tan" per se, just whatever time I spend outside living (not much), and my weekly round of golf. That's more than enough on this stuff for me -- and I assume on MT2, too. I've always tanned well, but it's nice to get to the same place without as much UV.

I've only used the MT1, and I started there again because the universal opinion is that MT1 is less potent and has less sides -- I don't need to be any tanner or have any more sides. At 1mg/wk pulling from a 10mgx10 kit, it'll be a bit before I need to re-up regardless.

More anecdotal reading said that MT1 looks more natural because it comes on slower and less aggressively -- but as stated, I've never tried to know...

I also brewed up 3 small batches of QSC Test C recently purchased and brewed in the past 1-3 weeks
2 batches 200mg/ml 1.5/18 with 10% overdose
1 very small batch 300mg/ml 2/20
No issues either

1.5/18 is my normal (just personal preference)
I went up to 2/20 for the higher concentration. Mainly the 20 BB so it wouldn’t crash

I went with MT1 over MT2 because based on what I've read (though almost all anecdotal/bro science), MT1 tans, looks more natural, and is less potent than MT2, which then comes with more possible side effects. I didn't dig into the sides much other than seeing that ED was mentioned -- but maybe...
