I have been able to pick up the intensity of my training quite a bit. I only do bjj so I don’t have anything quantitative. I have kind of leveled out and was thinking of upping the dose to 30 or 40 a week. I don’t have any side effects.

Last time I used Test E was ~three years ago and in that time shit was really pippy. Switched to C since then, but in my last order i took int E.

Btw QSC Sustanon is smooth too, no PIP at all.
