No, it hasn’t shipped yet. After waiting many days for a reply I finally received a reply on Thursday that I will get a tracking when it ships. Ordered a week before Christmas.

I confirmed my payment on WhatsApp last Sunday. No contact since. It’s the new QSC business model.
He's reported that some emails from/to protonmail seem to go to a black hole. It's not 100%, some people still succeed, but overall doesn't seem to be super reliable.
