Don't need one. I reconstituted one about a month ago and I kept upping the dose to obtain some appetite suppression with no luck. I have a new kit which worked at 0.3mg.

The original kit worked like a charm when I bought it but over time in the freezer it became inactive.

So it looks like semaglutide should not be frozen (lyophilized or reconstituted). The Ozempic website recommends refrigeration but not freezing. It explicitly states don't use if frozen.

My guess is there's sufficient moisture in the vial and freezer that will compromise the drug when frozen.
