Curious what a bulk protocol would be for hgh specifically vs a cut.
I do it in the morning on a cut just for increased lipolysis.

Bulk may be better to space out. I eventually got off of it because the water retention from everything was too great.

When some people post poor IGF values from different sources, sometimes they are in a hardcore deficit/cut. it really does affect the IGF levels.


I’m on a cut now and debating morning vs night dosing.
Goodlyfe says if you do it in the morning with cardio can do it 2 hours prior. worked fine for me. cant really tell which one is better.
