There are several studies where they treated women from age 20-50ish with rHGH and almost all saw reduction is symptoms.

The hypothesis is that fibro sufferers either have a little bit low hgh naturally OR (the more likely scenario imo) there are genetic defects in the enzymes that do the conversion of HGH to igf1 and other growth factors so they convert really poorly. Thus by greatly increasing the amount of hgh getting to the inefficiently converting enzymes you get an increase in the growth factors.

I think it is this because of the fascia pain that is a hallmark of fibro, igf1 and other growth factors are the things that are telling the fascia muscle cells/fibers to repair themselves. So a lack of those growth factors could easily lead to this kind of muscular pain.

This is all bro science and best guess work. The one thing I can say is that HGH had taken my wife from being disabled to being at the peak of health. Not to mention SUUUUPER hot haha

Hey sorry didn't answer part of your question.

She either takes it right bef9re bed or 1st thing in the morning. She will also take a bolus dose (8iu) if she can feel a flare up of symptoms coming on.

We haven't worried too much about fasted vs not fasted since her diet is really clean and has no blood sugar issues at 4iu a day.

Good to know. I'm not trying to turn my mom super hot but I certainly want to see if I can reduce her symptoms as she's been suffering for 30+ years with little to no resolve.

I've contemplated giving my partner HGH(with her consent of course) she's not an avid gym goer, couple times a week - but mostly to benefit her sleep and well being. From your experience, will she experience these sort of benefits? Body recomp too? I was thinking 1-2iu/day pre bed.

I currently run 2iu a day but I'm also on some other shit so I can't confidently say she'll experience what I do. Although HGH has been great for me.

I don't think it would hurt her to try 2iu a day before bed. I think mostly at that dose you will see her hair skin and nails start to look really healthy. There may be a small shift in body composition but not a ton.

If your mom isn't a cancer survivor or have blood sugar issues it may be worth a try at a very low dose (2iu a day). For fibromialgia symptoms I think PM administration is probably best.

You guys should test the tadalafil. I just bought some myself, but haven't tried it yet, and I could test it also, but I don't want to make promises right now. What I can promise is that when I do try the Cialis, I will return here and let you know if I "feel" any difference between QSC and pharma. Sometimes the excipients used in tablet production really do cause a more dramatic absorption of the substance. So you have to also consider that that there may be a differences as a result of the lack of excipients. One reason why raws are better is for that exact reason: lack of excipients, which are mostly toxic, and should be avoided.

Other people here probably have experience with what tadalafil raws are supposed to feel like in comparison to pharma, so maybe someone has more information.

Would like to test it, it's in schedule in the near future, but as far as now that's my experience. I've tried pharma grade (purchased at pharmacy store) and this is the comparison regarded my feelings. I don't assume that the latter are reliable or that's QSC TD is crap, also because I can feel it just taking a greater dosage...just sharing my experience.
