Yep. Buy crypto however (eg, on an exchange), then send it to a wallet (like you've done a couple times). Then send from your wallet to the vendor. It's the same process.
There are loads of "free" crypto wallets.
It's a pain in the ass the first time but easy after that.
I've been enjoying Exodus wallet. Try that one out. Works very well.
I buy from shakepay and then send to there.
