A properly calibrated dexa scan shouldn’t be that far off. Typically, the margin for error is <+/-2%

Those that have experience would probably say the same thing that I would say: At ~7% according to DEXA, I sure as hell don't look like it. I suspect that's the result of all the extra skin I have as well as stubborn fat deposits. But since you asked:

I’ve never been sub 10% thus far, but that will be a target of mine for 2025

I don't plan to do a show, but I'm going to aim for show-level body fat on the next cut. At the very least, something close to 5% by DEXA. I want to shed the last of the stubborn fat deposits if I can and then see about a surgery to remove the loose skin.

I'm amused presently, because I told my coach last year that I would be happy with anything sub 15% and he laughed at me. I'm approaching 10% presently and considering ending my bulk.

Honestly the number really doesnt matter to me. What matters to me is I know what it takes (character wise) to go from over 300lbs of fat ass to whatever it is that you are now.... Tou have obviously worked very hard and you should be proud...fuck the # ... Good job sir!!

You’re right probably 10-12 especially with that vein in the midsection. Tough angle and no lower body pics also skews the bf estimate, hey you might be ripped to the bones on the lower body and back, so there’s that.

But definitely in great shape, no matter what bf percentage you have.

I need to get over 200 pounds first before other possibilities open up for me. That is short term goal. I may not get there this cycle. Hell, who the fuck am I kidding, I highly doubt I’ll get there. But I’ll have a new regime and protocol rolling out in Jan. I’ve gotten a lot of help from the bros here.

yeah that's not 7% by a long shot BUT still, good job man!

It’s really simple…more test, more EQ, more GH, and a lil insulin if needed. And lots of food! Get you there in no time!
 
I’ve never run MENT, but understand some people love it! I’m a big fan of the basics + high GH for massing. Just gotta shovel food and the gains come and you don’t feel like shit
I am starting to think that the benefits I get from it could be more from the extra E2. I don’t aromatize much. I am going to turn the test up and bring the ment down to see what happens.
