rana's first anavar cycle

Caffeine will help with the var, It adds a kick in the ass as a preworkout. As far as food, try eating calorie dense foods in small amounts more often. I use peanuts and other nuts when I am busy at work, they go down fast and have a lot of calories. this can help keep my macros in check.
Anyway I may be late to the party but Im subbed for this one
I was thinking of getting caffeine also or pre-workout pump like no2 explode, as for food i am currently scared of nuts lol i am trying to cut down on fats, but i might take like 50 gms a day maximum it should help with getting my calories, thanks for the advice :)

Ok guys day 9 is here :

Still at 10 mg of anavar, 5 mg before working out and 5 mg in the pm.

No sides so far other than the bloating and the crazy sex drive

Today was chest day and it was on damn fire.

Barbell bench press 4 sets (88 lbs +bar weight)

Barbell incline bench press 4 sets ( 88 lbs + bar weight)

Dumbell incline bench press( 27.5 lbs dumbell in each hand)

Dumbell bench press ( 15 lbs dumbell in each hand)

Cable crossover : 14 kgs plates in each cable.

20 mins on the bike.

250 abs reps.

And i was literally high after working out.

Diet :
2 tiny banans and cup of coffee for breakfast

S : 2 egg whites
1 scope of whey before working out

L: 5 Tbsp of brown rice +huge chicken breast + sauteed veggies.

D: 2 egg whites.
1 scope whey before bed

Day 10 :

Today was unarranger rest day, actually today was a very weird day, i woke up veeerrryyyy tired, the kind of tired i never experienced before, very grumpy and aggravated, barely went to work and was so unproductive, my whole body is in pain that i can't locate the source of pain and was so sleepy the whole day.

I dont know if it's a side effect of the anavar or my body is just telling me "i need a break bitch".

So i decided to take the day off the gym and listen to my body, once i got home i had lunch and i crashed directly for few hours.

Still on 10 mg anavar split in the am and pm.

Diet

B: 2 brown toast

S: scope of whey protein.

L: 5 tbsps of brown rice, chicken breast and a huge ass bowl of sauteed veggies.

S: teaspoon of peanut butter and cup of coffee

D: 3 egg whites.

S: scope of whey before bed.

After listening to a couple of a very kind members here who were a great help, i decided to continue on bulking ( yes i know i don't hit my calorie maintenance still but i am trying to) , then introducing the clen on the cutting phase.

So for the next 2 weeks i will be eating at 2200 cals and for the following 4 weeks i will be eating 2400 cals then start cutting. If i noticed too much fats for my liking i will go back down to 2200.

My clen finally arrived today, i am super excited to see the end results for this cycle.

I use albuterol... no interest in clen, too many sides. I do like albuterol though. It may make you have even less of an appetite.

However, for me personally, my BP runs high so I don't like to combine very much with testosterone and/or other AAS. Just my preference.

Just start low and see how it goes!
Albuterol is great!!! I don't have a loss in appetite surprisingly
 
I will be following along with your log. I am currently running anavar t3 and albuterol and it's been working wonder for me lost quite a few inches and gained a pound in one month yay! U look good and u sound like ur off to an awesome start!!! Good luck. Can't wait to see ur end results

I experienced extreme fatigue but it was due to the t3 I believe. Being on t3 anavar and albuterol I can't put all the blame on the var
 
Ok this is a grumpy post.

I woke up today, extremely tired and since its ramadan i can't eat at office so i just had 2 pieces of brown toast in my car and a scope of whey.

Had a very stressful busy day at work then went to the gym, literally i could barely walk on the treadmill, did my back workout and couldn't do cardio or abs. And i was aggravated that i couldn't complete my workout.

I should have taken today off aswell. But stupid me insisted

For lunch i had grilled chicken and a cup of brown rice and plate of sauteed veggies.

Dinner will be 3 egg whites and a cup of beans
Snack : 2 small apples.

I literally feel like a zombie and i have work to finish from home in the weekend, i guess i will just sleep and forget about it all.

Will pump the anavar dose to 15 mg starting tomorrow

One of the hardest things to do is take a day off. Especially when youre on and feeling like youre in the zone.
But its important. And your body will thank you for it when youre fresh for later workouts.

Also I dont have your experience with it, but Ive had a few times I couldnt eat during daylight @ Ramadan when I was working in the mid east (so we didnt seem rude). I learned to eat really big before and after and workout a little later.

Yes it feels impossible to take a day off when you ve been feeling like a super hero at the gym, but i guess i should just do it.

And yea i eat a huge ass meal after the workout but before workout all i can get is toast or a banana, can't wait till ramadan is over, i ve been barely getting 1300 cals the last couple of weeks and i just can't eat anymore and ramdan is making it more difficult

Hi Rana, i have been following ur thread, I too am on my 2nd week of var, and im bloody exhausted... Litterally couldnt even go for a walk today, struggled entertaining my 18month old... I hope i snap out of it soon and this amazing energy everyone talks about kicks in real soon..feel so fat when i cant work out.. Lol

Hang in there Rana ur doing great!!! The results are worth every exhausting second u have. I am on my 5th week and I did my measurements last night and have lost quite a few inches and even gained a pound yay! I never thought I would be happy about gaining weigh but I know it's lean mussel. :)
