Recovery from 4 year blast and cruise.

I have a hard time believing that that much muscle loss occurs when someone simply stops using steroids. He stated that he continued to workout so that's another factor that leads me to believe the muscle loss isnt real.

I'm sitting at just under 260 currently. If I don't use again for 5 years I potentially could be 45lbs lighter and a significantly higher bf% percentage? I have a hard time believing that. Are there real cases that can bolster this claim? He is stating that he lost 20% of his lean mass, seems unrealistic and drastic.

no, you did not. The numbers you posted were within medical range. Just because you aren't happy with them doesnt mean you have an issue. It's a percieved issue. If you had hypogonadism you would have been put on trt
Compare my levels now, then and In 6 more weeks, and you can tell me whether it was the correct thing to do.
 
you're hitting on an overlooked part in my case with this part. I'm willing to bet genetics play a significant role in ones ability to retain lbm after discontinued anabolics use just as much as genetics play a role in being able to develop that lbm prior to anabolic use. He is just probably poverty in that department

Even with the good genetics, there’s no way the mr. Olympia’s will maintain that mass if they go off no matter how much they train or eat.

I just keep thinking about myself and where I think I would end up if I never cycled again. When I started my first cycle i was well into the 200s natty (prob somewhere around 230lbs). Currently hovering around 260 and I haven't cycled in months, training has been on the back burner as well. My size has stayed pretty much the same and my weight has certainly stayed but I am always doing something physical and my caloric intake is always high.

I also don't slam insulin and growth, absurd amounts of oils and funky peptides and all that shit. I could absolutely see someone shriveling up if they stopped all of that and became stagnant in life. I've used some conservative cycles and a couple advanced cycles but the latter have been about synergy, not volume. In OP first post he describes life as becoming hopeless and he is also claiming using ridiculous amounts of clomid which isnt going to help anything. I'd bet dollars to donuts he was stagnant as fuck to loose that much lbm, if he ever truly had it to begin with (which we all know my thoughts on that lol). I need to see proof of his claims considering how lofty they are.

On an Olympia level though, totally understandable that drastic changes would occur once that lifestyle is gone from the daily routine. They use so much shit...

Not cycled in month, ur on trt dosages or really off of any compound?
 
125mg cyp e10d. Am under doctor supervision as well, never development which is good.

My last cycle ended around the end of the 2018.

Well i can say with confidence that if you did stop that, youd lose a lot of size.
I had the same situation now before i came off fully, very low dose test, of course there was some glycogen loss but strength etc still stayed the same or was still rising up, at test dosages that put me in the natty range.

Im a firm believer that no matter what dosage of test u do, even if it puts you into normal ranges, you wont be catabolic and wont burn off most of what u put on during blasts.
Get off and even at high natural test levels, you will lose alot.
Thats what sucks.
I would do trt indefenitely if i wasnt still young and if i wasnt scared/annoyed of constantly having to find test sources and shit because here trt is a nono

I'm midrange on that dose, plummet without. Currently in the process of hopefully finding out why I plummet, if I get an answer cool and if not oh well. But there is the nagging question of how i was able to get to the size I was without any anabolic use? I believe consitant hard work in the gym and eating like a beast helped a lot, despite low levels. The only time in my life I let it change my habits was after a serious injury, depression was a leading factor in that downtime. I guess if what you're saying is true I dont have anything to complain about, without trt I'd settle for where I was at: 6' 230lbs and somewhere around 12%

In general, I do feel good. I have no reservations about it with no plans to stop. When my doctor starts to advise me otherwise it will be taken into consideration, heavily. I've only identified 2 issues when off: desire to have sex slows down but my ability to preform is 100% (thank the high heavens) and it's harder for me to commit to the gym, yardwork, housework, overtime etc. I still get up and go though, my wife is persistent as fuck.

I mean the muscle loss can take a long time, I doubt it would all disappear in a few months unless we’re talking about a few pounds. Plus being on trt or a cruise will slow things down significantly. I have a theory that trt T is better when it comes to the gym and natty T is better for everything else, especially libido. Just from my personal experience of course comparing nearly identical T & E levels from last year on trt compared to now.

Honestly man I’ve been through hell and I hope I have recitified it. Yeah I was hopeless suicidal.. clomid is fucking evil man. it’s very difficult when u have no idea what’s going on or what approach to take, but I will say this, when I said to an endocrinologist about him prescribing me test he talks of a long hcg protocol. So i did that.

You’ll just have to take my word. I have no reason to lie.
