Looking to start retatrutide a source I’m looking to buy from had 10,15 and 20mg. But his 10mg came in at 97 percent purity while his 15 and 20 came in at 99

My question if i start at 2mg a week will the 15mg last once reconstituted for 8 weeks ish ?

Seemed like a smart way to ease into it. I heard people complain they can feel the effects wear off in the second half of the week so daily injections should result in less sides and more stable levels. Weekly administration is probably more about patient compliance rather than the most optimal way to do it like with trt. According to my script I should be injecting 250mg every 3 weeks...

Daily vs weekly blood levels.

It's not a fucking testosterone injection that you wanna have the most stable level.

Enjoy the possible almost certain future side effects

At least respond with an intelligent rebuttal. You don't come off very smart with those angry ramblings. Just because you're fat and miserable doesnt make you an expert on these drugs. Neither does your post count. It just shows you spend all your time on an internet forum and we all know what this translates to in terms of an actual physique.

Daily injections make sense. No peaks and valleys you stay above the threshold dosage without needlessly upping the dosage. You get more out of less. Hunger won't come back towards the end of the week and you won't have more sides when it peaks.

I think what the other poster was trying to say (though not with as much tact as was perhaps required) is that while there are fewer peaks and valleys we don't have any data about the impact of injecting these particular peptides every day. People get frustrated sometimes because there are established protocols that we have a lot of information about and no one seems to want to follow them .

I suspect @Ghoul might also have some thoughts about immunogenicity, and how the injecting grey market peptides daily might solicit a stronger immune response (if they aren't well manufactured and sterile).

It makes sense if you think every drug is like Testosterone. When all you've got is a hammer(head), everything looks like a nail.

Immunogenicity is the propensity of a protein based drug, like a peptide, to induce an unwanted anti-drug neutralizing effect, making it less effective. It's an enormous area of concern to the FDA and every single pharma peptide development process focuses on it. After demonstrating a certain drug, at a certain dose, using a certain frequency of administration, in a particular container, doesn't cause too much immunogenicity, if anything is changed, they have to prove it all over again. Once a week is the frequency that's been proven with all the GLP drugs to keep immunogenicity to a manageable level.

You can become somewhat, or even completely immune to the drug. You can become immune to the hormone it's mimicking. It may be short term, or permanent, like any other vaccine, because it's the same process going on.

So while you believe the hundreds of millions spent every year to ensure immunogenicity doesn't result in damage to health is meaningless BS, and your "bro science" method must be better, go for it.

These drugs are effective in 99% of cases for rapid, long term, weight loss, following the pharma protocols tested on thousands of subjects., yet somehow that's not good enough for you. You need a special, custom protocol dictated by your "feels". Do what the fuck you like, I'll enjoy reading about clowns like you who develop crazy metabolic disorders down the line because you stimulated your immune system into attacking your natural hormones, but try not to spread the disease of harmful practices, especially as it's for no benefit since the proven safe protocol works just fine. MESO is about HARM REDUCTION.

"Typically, repeated administration is more immunogenic than a single dose, and immunogenicity increases with more frequent dosing and longer-term treatment."
