TrenboloneTax: Hybrid Cycling / Lifting Log aka Make Hulk Bike Fast

Came down with something starting yesterday morning. Bit of a sore throat / runny nose. Progressed into a much worse sore throat and feeling run down + more sinus issues.

This typically happens when I go HAM on highly processed foods + sugar + lack of sleep + increasing training load to compensate for calorie increase.

Good reminder; glad it happened. Will be fasting most of today. Probably break the fast later in the afternoon; zero carbs, zero sugar.

In an effort to boost immune system, 10mg TB500 + 5mg TA1 bolus dose yesterday.

Will continue TA1 at 1 to 2mg daily for the next several days.

No training today. No cycling today. Will walk dog for ~45 minutes.

Cautiously optimistic that I will be able to cycle tomorrow morning for a short relaxed ride. We will see.

277 this AM. Down from high of 284. Bunch of water. I expect to get down to mid 260s with ease over this next week just peeing a bunch.

Ain’t doing shit for physical activity today. Instead, I’m gonna take SLUPP to mimic running a marathon. Slept shit, can’t breathe through nose and hacking up a lung. Is this the SLUPP killing me? Uh oh. Lol jk I am feeling better and turning a corner on this thing.

I’m thinking about taking salbutamol to help with my breathing / congestion instead of pseudoephedrine, but idk, does it work as good for that?

Lol jokes aside, thanks. I'm feeling better but not quite there. All or nothing for me so my idea of a "light ride" will quickly turn into a PR attempt since I'm so fresh.
 
I'm the SLUPP king, boys. I decided to pull the trigger on A LOT. Finally found enough bottles to turn in for cash money at the recycling facility.

Quick physique update after zero physical activity for a week now just focused on getting over this bug. Finally feeling "good" again instead of a sack of potatoes.

274 morning weight. Have not been strict on my shit as I wanted to be. Pregnant wife cravings and my lack of discipline around food not a good combo lol.

Will lift and cycle either tomorrow or Monday morning. Leaning towards more recovery and getting back after it on Monday. We'll see what happens.

Don’t feel like I have any business being this lean based on zero activity this week + not exactly adhering to diet.

I do think the SLUPP does magic stuff. Hope to be riding and lifting tomorrow.

@Ghoul @readalot SSA uses the iodide version of 5Amino 1MQ. As I understand, there can be some negative impact to thyroid as a result of ingesting too much iodine.

You're both a lot smarter than I am when it comes to this stuff, and I would appreciate your input.
