Rigeu’s offseason bodybuilding log

Hello guys!

Since this is a busy forum, I thought it would be nice to start a logbook here and share my bodybuilding journey and interact with you!

i have been sponsored by PSL for a little over a year now and can only speak highly of them. last May I did my last npc competition in the -102kg class. I placed second at the regionals. My goal ofcourse is to do better and become pro in the near future.

After May 2022 i did a 3 month health phase followed by a push phase which i ended in the end of 2022 at 114-115kg / 251-253 lbs with decent BF levels. After that i’ve been in a holding / maintainance phase until March and followed it with a minicut since 3 weeks ago. Well it turned out a little crazier the. expected :p got in pretty good conditioning, almost in comp shape. Right now i’m holding 101kg steady at around 4200 kcals on TD and 3500 NTD.

I thought it would be nice to share my progress and giving honest reviews about the PEDS i’m using.

Workout split (following a program from John Meadows called “The high Evolutionary”):
Legs
Chest/shoulders
Back/Abs
Rest

Repeat

Current food intake
TD 4230 kcals

NTD 3500 kcals
300 P
350 C
100 F

Current cycle
Test e 500mg / wk
Mast p 400mg / wk
Tren a 300mg / wk
4 iu HGH ED

Recomp, not everybody runs deca for an offseason cycle ;)
nobody said anything about deca either. Keeping toxic load down in the off-season is one of the most important things a competitor can do. Tren for an off-season cycle makes very little sense to me. Everyone wants to act like tren is this end all be all drug. You shouldn’t need to be using toxic compounds like tren in your off-season cycle and then also in your pre contest cycle. Learn to use food and lower toxic compounds to drive progress in the off-season instead of just blasting tren all the time.

Didn’t run tren in my cut either, just primo and masteron. There is a place for everything like you said food & recovery are the most important thinks, tren for me in a pre contest setting or a recomp phase works magic. As soon as my caloric intake gets higher it will get swapped out for npp or primo.

Gotcha man. Either way good looking physique you’ve got and good luck packing in size in the off-season. I just wrapped up a 1.5 year long off-season phase and start prep here in the next month or so. I’m a huge fan of primo in the off-season. I just do test primo hgh.


Are you a classic guy or do you compete in BB?

Thanks man, appreciated! Just got done with my cut, 3 weeks into my recomp and after holidays next week i’ll increase calories even further to pack on size. That’s also the time i’ll drop the tren for something less toxic.

Last time i competed in bodybuilding and got second at a Regional show -102kg class. I’m still not what to do in the future, don’t now if classic suits my structure. But in bodybuilding i need way more size for sure.

Excited for your prep man! Are you logging on the forum? I’ll be following.
 
Great condition to start a growth phase in. Need to pour everything you have into leg training this blast.

On the bb/Cp topic; not a CP structure IMO and appears you're near your weight cap as well if you were to do classic.
