What is your pre/intra/post workout nutrition with slin? And how you split gh now?
Pre-workout meal 120-130 carbs (90 min before training with 8iu novorapid)
Go for fast digesting carb YOU do well with. For me that’s cream of rice with banana and whey.
Intra WO - 30gr carbs out of cluster dextrine, combined with creatine and EAA’s.
Post WO - 170-180 gr carbs 10-12iu novorapid right now (drive home for about 15 min and then it takes 15 min before i’m eating) try to get your heart rate to normal state again otherwise you’ll have poor digestion. This meal contains again cream of rice with berries and whey + english muffins with jam. Sometimes a switch to cereal with whey, don’t complicate go with foods you digest well
