Rigeu’s offseason bodybuilding log

Update:

First week back to lower calories after 17 weeks in a surplus. Man feels good to eat a little bit less. Ended the bulk with 6000 calories on training days and 5000 on non training days. Bodyweight went up to an all time high of 118kg / 260 lbs.

Didn’t want to push it any further with calories and wanted to give my digestion a little break so time for a little mini cut. Backed down my calories to 4500 calories on training days and 3800 on non training days.

Gear changed up also:
Test e 600mg EW
Primo 400mg EW
Mast e 400mg EW
HGH 6 iu daily
Novarapid 5-10iu pre & post WO

Cardio:
30 min fasted on the bike 6x PW

Weighttraining:
5 days a week (legs, chest & shoulders, rest back, arms, repeat).
 
Weight dropped quickly the first 2 weeks! 10 lbs the first week and another 4 lbs in the second. Was to be expected. Lost a lot on f water weight. Workout have been great though, still able to progress and got some PR’s here and there. Sleep improved massively and that’s doing my recovery good. Last few weeks i was snoring loud as fuck to the point i got sleep apnea again. I’m not able to sleep with the CPAP unfortunately ><.

Changes in made this week:

Kcals intake on training days 4200
Kcals intake on rest days 3500

I’ll be adding clen at 20mcg per day, yohimbine at 20mg pre fasted cardio and GW-0742 since of today. Gear dosages will be the same. Let’s see how fast i can get shredded

You dropped training day cals by 1300 the first week and 1800 total in 2 weeks?
No bro, i think my explanation was wrong.

in september 2023 i started the bulk increased it up all the way from 4500 to 6000 in a 16 week period. With the holidays i went back to around 5000 kcals and the first week of January back to 4500. After 2 weeks of that i went down to 4200 (right now). Right now it will be small steps because the calorie deficit is created.

First weeks you can be a little bit aggressive with dropping calories from my experience. As soon as the deficit is settled you have to be smart with other tricks you can play (peds, steps, cardio) because food is what drives performance.
 
Update:

Week 5 on the cut is complete! It’s going better than expected. I think 3 more weeks and i’m primed and ready for a new growth phase. But i’ll be cruising for a little while keep kcals at a slight surplus and go from there. Got bloods planned end of April and if everything is good i’ll go for another push phase.

Back to the cut. From week 3 to 5 the only changes i made is that i dropped my carbs with 50gr carbs every single week (200 kcals) and increased the clen from 20mcg all the way up to 80mcg where it will stay. That kept fatt loss in a good spot. Lost around 1kg a week. I also took out primo and added more masteron. The 15ml EP mast e is by far the best mast i ever used. It’s just super smooth and i got zero pip from it. I also added in Anavar at 50mg/day. Very good pumps and strenght increase right away and the cosmetic look it brings is great! Last thing i added was Yohimbine at 20mg before fasted cardio. Performance in the gym is still very high, strenght didn’t go down at all so that’s a good sign. I’ll be making some pics from the current shape this week and i’ll be updating it ;) currently at 107kg with 7-8% bf i guess.

Gear right now up also:
Test e 600mg EW
Mast e 800mg EW
Anavar 50mg ED
HGH 6 iu daily
Yohimbine 20mg before fasted cardio

Cardio:
30 min fasted on the bike 7x PW

Weighttraining:
5 days a week (legs, chest & shoulders, rest, back, arms, repeat).

Kcals:
3500 TD
3000 NTD
1 cheatmeal on saterday or sunday
If weight drops to fast i’ll be adding a high day with the addition of 250gr carbs for that day
 
What does the "Yohimbine 20mg before fasted cardio" provide? Back in the 80's and 90's we used "Yohimbe Bark Extract" as a way to boost natural test levels and libido

PSL TD!

The new 15ml test e and mast e are my favourites. Never had smoother gear, just zero pip. Less mg/ml but all worth it tbh!

Turinabol is something i’m going to experiment with in my next pushfase, anyone got experience with it liked it or not?

Last weeks shape update! Week 8/8, finished at 103-104kg bodyweight. Definitely added some muscle since last time being this lean. A solid 3-4kg i might say.

Time to slowly increase calories and go for a long growth phase. End of May i got blood work and echocardiogram and calcium test planned to see if everything is still good.

For now i’m just running some test and mast 400mg/ 400mg a week with 4 iu of GH everyday.

Update time!

3 weeks post mini cut! Slowly increasing calories every single week with about 200 kcals (50gr carbs). Until i see big weight increases. Believe it or not the opposite happened. As soon as i dropped the lypolytics and started introducing more food, more refeeds and even cheatmeals i got leaner harder and more vasculair. Body turned into a walking furnace lol! It honestly took me until right now before feeling a little bit better in terms of fatigue. Upcoming week i’ll do a devolume week the fresh up even more, because the end of every workout i was completely wrecked. Still able to hit the some weight, but not able to progress, just took more out of me. So playing it smart!

Gear still the same as last time.

Food:

TD 4200 kcals
NTD 3500 kcals
1-2 cheatmeals kcals will end up around 4.5k-5k kcals as soon as BW weight is creeping up to fast i’ll incorporate just 1 cheat a week with some more restrictions.

Cardio:
30 min fasted on the hometrainer + 10k steps daily

Split ( 2 weeks then repeat)
L/P/P / rest / L/ P / rest <> P / arms / Legs / rest / P / P / rest REPEAT

Update:

Very busy weekend since i went to the Fibo expo. But it was a lot of fun, met a lot of pro’s, took pics and went to a gym for a workout in an hardcore gym in the neighborhood.

Weight is slowly creeping up while not really changing my food. Diet fatigue is pretty much gone and making progress daily again!

7-8 more weeks in the phase before bloodwork, ECG and other research i’ve planned.
