Dude, try having someone use a stopwatch and time an actual 3 sec pause - its fucking brutal. Everyone forgets that the counting doesn't start at "1", theres the second that makes up the "1". So, when most people count to 3, they're really only counting to 2.

Try the stopwatch sometime - I dare ya! lol

I'll try it sometime. I normally go: 1 one thousand, 2 one thousand, 3 one thousand in my head. Sometimes it can get confusing if you're also counting out reps at the same time lol

It felt a little more comfortable on back with a little bit of a bend. But if I lighten the load stiff legged wasn't bad at all
 
I do mine bent knee because that's what I've always read, and been told is better. I would stick to a slight bend if I were you. These shot my DL through the roof when I first started doing them a little while back. I recently decided to add them back in on my accessories day.

Ive been so busy hating on pumping iron that I havent had time to hate on you. 275 x 10 on the close grip? I was just bragging I got 240 x 1 a few days ago. Good stuff, now I gotta go put in some work:oops:

That was rare occasion. I was fresh and had the comfort of a spotter. Makes a pretty big difference when you can squeeze the extra few reps out and not have to worry about it.
 
Shaping up to be a killer there brother...sick workout! It ain't done till you drop ;)

I'm trying man. Plus I'm trying to get in as much as I can to prep my body for this switch. Hopefully the more pain I endure and the harder I push now will help me through later on down the road when the PLing is in full go

Sounds like you'll be in for a fun ride alright as switching gears on a new training lifestyle and methodology will shake things up so you'll find your new groove.

Yea I need a change. Keeps me motivated and moving forward. After so many years you gotta find things to keep it interesting. Especially for someone like myself who doesn't compete.

I've done gm's with stiff legs so will try with bent legs.

Have you ever thought about competing bro? Well that's kind of a dumb question lol....I'm sure you have. I know if I had an awesome looking physic like you do, id give a crack at it just to see whats up an where I would place!!!!
