Quick question. Do any of you know of albuterol will make you pop hot on a piss test (typical work random test). I know clen will but was unsure about albuterol. Any information about this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance fellas

Just been trying to keep my weight in check and plus burn some BF up. I'm at a good 204-206 right and seem to be leaning out. I don't want to train any heavier because if/when I do a meet it'll be at 198​

I had a trainer at the gym do a caliper test. It was a 12 point one so more accurate than the simple 3 point test. Anyways I'm still 12% give or take a bit as can't be too sure unless your in a dunk tank
 
Man you are slaying sheiko! Even with the hiccup at the beginning of this block you still are making it look easy!


This past week or two I just feel like everything is clicking better. I'm definitely more mentally sound and ready for the volume. That's been a big difference. It's by no means easy but I feel like I have a good grasp on what's going on. I still struggle with certain movements mainly DLs and all variations. I'm still pulling the weight required but haven't made the progress that I have on squats and bench.
