Rob's log part 2 (gonna take a crack at PLing)

I'm sure your deadlifts are gonna skyrocket soon. Once you've got the form down and that starts to click with you it's gonna be as natural as breathing and makes it easier to pull clean reps. And I guess easy isn't the right words cause you don't get results like yours with "easy" workouts

Oh and one more thing. I can't get over how much I like those sabos. Not only are they great for deads but even my bench and everyday lifting. I wear them every non squat day for the entire WO

Ya man those things are crazy they feel like supportive slippers to me lol once I'm done squat I put them on for the rest of my workout minus cardio.
 
Hey ROB, looks like your still crushing your WO's, bummer i can't chime in, but i know nothing about PL really so i just follow along and throw some ata-boys once in a while lol!! But i am learning alot so thats kinda cool.

Those ata-boys are nothing but motivation for me man. Don't feel bad about knowing nothing about PLing because I don't know shit either. I look at the task that's been predetermined and I do it. Doing a program that's as structured as this has really been change. I've made more progress in strength and body comp in the last 2 months than I have in the previous year. I knew I'd get stronger but I didn't expect the drastic change in body composition. It's been crazy I feel/look bigger at 204 (today's weight) than I did last log at 214. Muscle are way more dense and higher quality than before. I wake looking the same as I do walking out of the gym after a 2+ HR session.
 
Yeah , you know im always looking for new ways to push my body into new growth and i have found that by following Perrins , Docs , rucks and your PL logs, im able to use alot of the PL style training in BBing. Oops !!! I cant leave Wunderpus out cause his log has had a few gems in it that im using every week with great results as well.

I'm up there on the treadmill and look down and it says 25+ mins and I'm like who the fuck am I. Oh well it's keep my weight in check and dropping BF nicely.

Nah. I'm sure as hell not getting any smaller or stalling any strength gains. I've been plowing down the food like crazy too. Just been keeping it as clean as humanly possible. My vascularity is popping and waist is shrinking. If it becomes an issue we will talk though lmao.
 
Well fellas. Block 30 now has a big check mark through it. Tonight seemed like a deload night or something. Pretty easy going.

Finished block with a weight of 204. Feeling strong and ready to get my ass kicked with block 31. Saturday should interesting that's for sure. It'll be a good one. Looking forward to hitting some bigger numbers in this block. I know I'll be doing some 500lb DLs. 365lb BP. 410 squats. Pretty happy with the way the body comp is coming along. Staying lean and getting strong. Can't ask for much more

What's your waist size? You really make me want to get lean to see how I'd look, one of these days I'm going to have to break down and do it.
