Making homemade pizzas today. This one is already gone. Gotta refeed today. Got a huge steak and potato for dinner. Might make another pizza here in a bit and eat that too

They aren't that hot. Plus I eat that stuff pretty much daily. I haven't done shit today but cook a little. Don't plan on it either. Probably do some foam rolling and stretching periodically throughout the day but that's about it

Congrats man those are some awesome numbers for your weight and experience! Too bad you had to do 575 because if not probably could have pulled the 585 that's a lot of heavy sets in one day for sure! 4,5,6 is yours no doubt by the time your done next month. Sbd deadlift socks and sabo man gotta love that combo. Holy shit man you look like you got an extra 30lb in the tank on that squat and ATG way to go man! Deadlift looks awesome too can't wait until you got the inzer belt as well to help you out. Looks like a solid day to me!

Squat felt great today. Can't complain on that. I'm pretty sure my 405 would have counted but man it was a lot more difficult than it should have been. DL with 545 seemed to go up pretty easily. I was getting real tired though after that lift. I was shocked I was able to lock the 575.
 
Squat looked great and easy. You ever try sumo deadlift for any length of time? I bet you'd be well over 600 with it in no time because of the back angle and your leg strength. Either way, good job, you'll be crushing the 4/5/6 barrier by the end of this for sure.

No I have never even tried it once. After this is done I'll give it a go for a while and do a little maintenance conventional just incase the sumo doesn't work out for me. That was definitely the plan after this program

I think it might end up being your stronger form, might feel a little weird at first though. I think you'd take to it pretty quickly, too. I don't really know which is my preferred one, think I might stay conventional for my next blast and see what happens.

I'm up for trying anything. I wish my bench and DL would make the same progress as my squat. At this rate I'll be squatting more than DLing in no time
