No wonder I buy 2 jars a week and still run outI eat jalapenos daily and sometimes habaneros. Definitely build a tolerance after awhile. They say craving spicy food is a sign of high testosterone, too.

Damn man too bad you had to do 575 because if not probably could have pulled the 585 that's a lot of heavy sets in one day for sure! 4,5,6 is yours no doubt by the time your done next month. Squat looked great and easy. You ever try sumo deadlift for any length of time? I bet you'd be well over 600 with it in no time because of the back angle and your leg strength. Either way, good job, you'll be crushing the 4/5/6 barrier by the end of this for sure.
No I have never even tried it once. After this is done I'll give it a go for a while and do a little maintenance conventional just incase the sumo doesn't work out for me. That was definitely the plan after this program
I'm up for trying anything. I wish my bench and DL would make the same progress as my squat. At this rate I'll be squatting more than DLing in no timeI think it might end up being your stronger form, might feel a little weird at first though. I think you'd take to it pretty quickly, too. I don't really know which is my preferred one, think I might stay conventional for my next blast and see what happens.
