Of course and I totally understand it. One very common mistake ppl make is to stick to training programs they don't like bc they believe them to be superior. The fact of the matter is, if you truly like your programming and believe in it, you will subconsciously give it more effort and get more out of it. Russian style programming certainly isn't for everyone. It can be boring bc of the repetitiveness and lack of great lift selection but it works very well for what it's made for and that's getting the lifter stronger.
Oh and I'll be digging into some goodies for that day for an extra boost so to say.
